My first order and i dived right in and bought a 100 piece bundle filled with loads of PLT, Boohoo, femme luxe, and others. I am genuinely so impressed with The Fashion Lab! All the items came with tags and even in bags, so I know everything is clean and amazing quality which I love. I'm finding it hard not keeping everything for myself!

I had a small issue which when I reached out was dealt with instantly and with such care. The Fashion Lab team went above and beyond and sent my bundle quickly, even in the heatwave!

Okay, so I had to share these because I'm genuinely obsessed!

First, the conditioner and hair mask have completely changed my hair routine. My hair was feeling dry and looking dull, but after using them for a few weeks, it's so much softer, shinier, and easier to manage. The hair mask especially feels like a salon treatment at home. My hair looks healthier and there's way less frizz.

And can we talk about the home diffusers? 😍 My house smells amazing all day long. The scent isn't overpowering, it's just fresh, clean, and welcoming. Every time someone comes over, they ask what fragrance I'm using!

Honestly, these have become staples in my self-care and home routine. Healthy hair and a home that smells incredible? That's a win for me.

Recently I reached out to them about wholesale bundles. The range of stock and sizes in my box was fantastic and the products were such high quality.
Shipping was fast and my package was well protected from the inclement weather (and Royal Mail!!)

(Yes the tags were cut from the higher RRP items but I knew this when purchasing and it hasn't affected the resale value of the products for me personally) ❤️

Received my first order. I started with a 25 item bundle to test the water. I am so chuffed. 5 ⭐️. Great variety in styles and sizes and more importantly the quality of the items were great. Just put in my 2nd order and went bigger. Look forward to receiving it

Ordered mystery bag to test the quality of clothing before a bigger order was placed, items that were received were very disappointing. Cheap looking / materials, all labels cut out. I know the website says labels may be cut out but to not receive at least one item with a label was not good. Items smelt of damp and was marked.

One top material was fraying around arm.

Delivery was quick, only reason for two stars

Helpful team , but i wasnt keen on items i receieved. I thought i was getting 3 parcel size bags of clothes but only receieved 3 items.

I am so impressed with this company! My first ever bulk order, and not their fault, but the stock was not what i expected.
I reached out and had a chat and straight away got an apology and the offer of returning for new premium stock. They even sent me the label for return! No argument, just really straightforward. New box is here and very impressed.
