I purchased the Special Offer Ladies Wear Combo Deal – 5 x 55kg bales plus 1 free bale. The price initially seemed reasonable, especially for someone starting out with wholesale clothing.

I have opened 5 of the 6 bales so far. Based on the bales I opened, most of the clothing consisted of basic high-street brands such as George, F&F, Primark, Papaya, TU and Nutmeg.

In my own sorting, I estimated approximately 70% as Grade B, showing noticeable signs of previous wear or minor cosmetic flaws. Around 29% I considered Grade C/unsaleable, including items with armpit stains, holes, tears and significant fabric pilling (bubbles). Only around 1% of what I opened was what I personally considered Grade A or near-perfect condition.

I sell clothing through live auctions and many of these items struggled even at £1 starts because of the brands and condition. I also received customer feedback regarding some items appearing heavily used.

Unfortunately, I still have one unopened bale plus a large amount of the remaining clothing taking up storage space because I don't feel I can successfully resell it.

My advice to anyone considering this deal: if you're buying it expecting predominantly Grade A stock as advertised in their website, be prepared to sort through the stock carefully and consider how you will sell the Grade B and lower-condition pieces. I would personally consider buying through their eBay store instead where you may have additional marketplace buyer protections.

Based on the condition of the five bales I opened and the fact that I have been unable to recover my investment through resale, I am giving my purchase 1 star. Happy to return the remaining clothings with no refund as long as they pick it up.

Ordered a 10Kilo Men's Grade AA Jeans, in description said approx 20 pairs, and no supermarket brands.
Quality of items were Grade AA - but only 14 pairs, with 2 pairs supermarket brands and 2 without any labels so 4 out of the 14 will have to sell at a loss. Did email but no reply - this was my first and last order. Poor communication and mis-leading description of items

I placed an order(10 kg of women's jumpers grade A) in December 2025 as a gift for a friend who owns a small reseller business. Three weeks later, I still had not received my order. I contacted the company, and the person who answered the phone said he would check and get back to me, but he never did.

I called again about five days later and was told that my order had been sent on the 24th of December and that he would check with DHL and get back to me. I contacted DHL directly, and they confirmed that they had never received the parcel, only a request for the shipping label.

I then called again to request a refund, but my calls were not answered. I subsequently sent a message requesting a refund and explained that DHL had never received the parcel. I was informed that I would be refunded; however, unfortunately, I never received my money back.

I am very disappointed due to the loss of money and time, and I also had to search for an alternative gift for my friend.
Definitely, I don't recommend this company.

This was my first time ordering, and unfortunately I’ve been left very disappointed and won’t be ordering again, which is a shame as I was generally pleased with the bundle I did receive.

I ordered two bundles:

10kg bundle of ladies’ sweaters

5kg bundle of kids’ clothing

My order was processed and shipped quickly and arrived within a few days. However, I only received the ladies’ sweater bundle. I contacted the company immediately to ask whether the kids’ bundle was being sent separately, but I received no response.

In total, I contacted them three times and all of my messages were ignored. As a result, I had no option but to raise a chargeback through my bank.

Very poor communication and customer service, which has unfortunately overshadowed what could have been a positive experience.

I bought a 55kg bale of kids summer clothes 0-12 years and I received my order. Clothes says grade A. Basically I can't really complain when I think about the price I bought this bale for.. there was mix of nice children clothes, the only disappointing thing is that it wasn't actually only summer clothes as described, i found quite lots of winter clothes too and another thing I didn't like is that they actually do used kids underwear too which I don't think it's hygienic so I binned those and some of the items had holes in it I binned those too, there's quite ammount of stuff that has stains in it which I didn't find really nice but in total considering the price I paid I can say there is really plenty of clothes in good condition that will make me some profit so in total after I see negative and positive sides I am happy with my purchase. Most likely I will consider buying it again. Seller kept his word and sent it on the day he said he will and it came to my address on the day he said it will. It would actually be nice if there was a tracking number so I could follow it myself and have some estimate hours expectation as it's heavy parcel. I would recommend this seller.
