What a shame

What a shame. I have loved and supported Vivo for years and I've recommended them to many friends but have been completely put off by dealings with Revivo.

I have had the same issue others have documented. Paid for my resole service, was sent an email with my order number and a link to Royal Mail to create my postage label to ship the shoes off to them, but...

...the order number is 14 digits long and the royal mail from only accepts 9 digits.

I have tried contacting them for resolution through email and chat bots on their site for over 3 weeks and had nothing of use. So now £75 out of pocket and no reliable way to send my shoes to them with any comfort that the shoes will arrive back to me given I can't provide my full details.

Worst Dry Cleaning Experience Ever

This is by far the worst place to get your clothes dry cleaned. The quality of service is absolutely pathetic — they don’t just mishandle your clothes, they actually ruin them and then act as if it’s your fault.

Once you buy a package, you’re completely stuck. They randomly change the validity from 12 months to 6 months without notice and then expire your balance. When you try to reach out for help, their customer support is rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional — they literally shout at customers.

You end up losing both your money and your clothes.

Honestly, it’s the most disgusting service I’ve ever experienced. Avoid this place at all costs — do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Faulty Shoes. Abysmal customer service.

The velcro on the shoes i bought was faulty. When i contacted them they said i could return them for a refund. when i replied to ask how to do this, it was initially ignored and then when i chased it up, i was sent through the usual returns process (which involves me paying for postage). When i pointed out that i shouldn't have to pay for the postage to return a faulty item, I was again ignore completely. They are no linger responding so i am left with shoes which are not fit for purpose

Thoroughly disapointing

Thoroughly disapointing, disgusting used boots I wouldn't give to charity! I am joining the host of people sharring their awful experiences of Revivo. I bought a pair of walking boots that arrived at the end of August, imeditaley I emailed the company to say I wasn't happy and I'd like to return them. These boots are marked as 'Good' condition but these were thread bare in part, without insoles, smelly and the eyelets over stretched. No return slip was incliuded in the order, so I sought their advise. I messaged several times again via their Chat service and then finally after 3 weeks I got a reply. I was told that boots often don't come complete with insoles (What?- I later checked this fact on their website regarding the condition of Re-Vivo and it says that insoles may be new or repaired) The boots are in an aweful state and smelly. Yuch!!! My email address (that I ordered the shoes with) is now not recognised and the order number is also not recognised. I have picked up the email thread over the last couple of days to arrange return and again nothing, have called 3 times today to arrange a call back... and again nothing. I can't believe I have been ghosted by a company that pronises so much regarding its experience. Very disapointed indeed and I will be taking this to Consumer Services and my bank to get a refund. Really horrendous and I functional…

Really horrendous and unfunctional customer service. Retuned the boots a month ago and can see from the tracking proof of delivery was 8th September. Still no refund. Contacted on several occasions to get unhelpful replies that didn't even correlate to my enquiry some of the time. Had to escalate to PayPal dispute. Hoping they can help. Such a shame as I really support reusing and refurbished items but having the worse experience and it's been so time consuming - avoid if you don't have a spare few months to chase a refund.

Terrible Refund Experience — No Real Customer Support

I returned an item to Revivo on 09/09, and as of today, I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve made several enquiries, but every time I reach out, I only get AI-generated responses that don’t actually resolve the issue.

I’d strongly urge Revivo to improve their refund process and offer real human support for customers. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Still waiting for refund for faulty boots

Bought boots that split the first time I wore them. Was complicated just getting a prepaid return label. Sent the boots back on 20/09/25 and still haven't received confirmation they have them. I've tired contacting them many times but just keep getting a bot. Currently out over £100. I love their footwear, but customer service seems nonexistent.

If I could give negative stars for this company's customer service I would..

Two separate orders in September 2025, first pair were too big so I returned and bought another pair but four weeks on I'm still waiting on confirmation that they've been received at their returns depot, (Royal Mail tracking says they have) but the radio silence is extremely disappointing and down right rude!

Oh and don't bother with their answer phone call back service, it's a joke as well, leave a message then they'll call you back and hang up before you have a chance to answer! Absolute scam.

Unable to contact customer services

I have tried to get in touch with customer services many times about my refund not being processed and keep receiving the same auto responses from their AI, Vivi.
This company owes me money and I am unable to discuss it with them. Disgusting customer service!

Die Sohle der Schuhe löst sich bereits…

Die Sohle der Schuhe löst sich bereits nach dem zweiten Mal tragen an mehreren Stellen. Sie sahen neuwertig aus und der tragekomfort ist auch super. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert und wurde vertröstet, dass sie sich bei mir melden würden. Bisher ist ein Monat vergangen und ich habe nichts mehr gehört. Kann die Tracker AT Leather daher nun nur bei trockenem Wetter tragen… leider ist das bei Schuhen in dieser Preisklasse absolut nicht zu verkraften.

Easily the worst customer service ever

Bought a pair of trainers which unfortunately were too small, so I had to return them. Struggled to find returns portal on their site, contacted customer service for help only to receive a response almost one week later when I’d already managed to sort my return. Bit on their site is useless and keeps spitting out the same response over and over again. Now, according to Royal Mail tracking, my return was delivered back to Revivo on 11 September. I’ve still not had any return confirmation back from them, not even mention the refund. I emailed them today and, to my surprise, got initial response pretty quickly - one useless email explaining how their returns process works (according to that I should have received my refund by now) and the other one asking me to my order details. Responded with further details ASAP and now radio silence.

Sent wrong shoes and are not responding to messages, with no email contact

They sent me the wrong coloured shoes and I've been unable to return. The link on the returns page gives a 403 error, the other help links to Vivo support and the AI bot tells me to contact Revivo. They do not respond to the WhatsApp messages and do not return the call when a message is sent. Buyer beware. I will be seeking a credit card chargeback.

I have paid for a repair but the…

OI have paid for a repair but the company has not acknowledged this order even after I have contacted them and they have asked for the order number, which I gave to them, then they just stopped replying. It has been over a week and I have reached out but they have just taken my money and ignored the order. The worst company I have dealt with it doesn't seem to exist. No idea how I am going to get my money back.

Edit:
after a month a human actually responded to my email instead of AI and refunded the order. Thankfully I didn't have to go to the ombudsman. Funnily they offered me a free repair as compensation but two weeks later and still no progress on that. Will improve the review if they can actually carry out a repair as they advertise.

Edit: They never were able to start the repair process. Even with further conversation initiated by me. This company is fake.

Having real issues getting in touch…

Having real issues getting in touch with customer service, shoes seem to be stuck at the depot for 2 weeks so far and no response from e mails, no call back and the bot is useless. I would not order here again... going to chat with PayPal about refunding my money.

Wow some of the worse customer service ever.
The wrong item was sent to, ok mistakes happen. But getting a reply was almost impossible. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and could get them involved. However despite this happening over a month ago the issue is still not resolved. They are no longer responding to my email. Avoid them

Non existent customer service

This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. I made a mistake when when placing an order by selecting the wrong address on Gpay. Normally this would be an easy fix by immediately contacting the seller to change it, or if they are unable to change it, as it does say on their website, they still legally have to give the option to cancel the order before it is shipped. Not Revivo though, they obviously do not like following consumer law and do not give you any chance to cancel. They have an email you can contact them on but good luck getting a response and don't even bother trying to find a phone number. So my order details were sent to DPD regardless as I had also paid for express delivery. They didn't email me to tell me though.... no I only knew after creating an account with DPD to find all the details already on there and even though I paid 7.99 for express delivery DPD were not even expecting to receive the item until a couple days later to then arrive to me 3 days after that so a 5 day delivery in total which is the estimated time for the standard 4.99 royal mail delivery. So what is the point in paying the extra! I was able to change the address with DPD but for some very strange reason Revivo tells DPD not to let the delivery driver leave the package at a nearby pick up location if no one is home. So if you are not home your expensive shoes have to be left in a safe place or if like me you live in a terrace house and have no safe place it gets left with a neighbour that you may not know or ever spoken to before. If I manage to get my shoes from a hopefully honest neighbour I will update this review to say if I actually got what I ordered because at this point I just don't trust them. For all the time I have wasted today trying to contact them about this issue, the reduction in price instead of just buying brand new is just not worth it. If you are thinking of buying from Revivo just remember there is a risk involved and there is zero customer service. Just find a good discount code online to buy new straight from Vivobarefoot or use a different email as a new customer and get a reasonable percentage off and save yourself all the hassle.

Zero Customer Service

I bought a shoe repair from the Revivo website and really wish I hadn't. The email that is supposed to arrive with a shipping label and instructions never materialised and there is no way to get in touch with them - the chatbots don't work, there is no telephone number and nobody ever responds to an email.

At the moment I have realised that I have paid £80 for something that I will never get which I believe is fraudulent trading so I am considering reporting them to the police.
