Ordered the Ra IV Mens (Obsidian, size 43) as a ReVivo "Great Condition" resale item for £74.99 total. What arrived bears no resemblance to that description. The leather is heavily creased and worn throughout, and the two shoes don't even appear to be the same model, comparing them side by side, the toe shape and overall last are noticeably different between the left and right shoe.
Paying £70 plus £4.99 delivery for shoes graded "Great Condition" only to receive a mismatched, well-worn pair is not acceptable. I've requested a refund and will also be raising this with Trading Standards.
Beware: despite selecting a specific quality grade at checkout, you're really just gambling on what turns up. The "condition" labels don't seem to mean much in practice.

If I could, I would give them 0 stars. This company is ridiculous. I ordered two pair of shoes. One was around £50 the second one was approx £130. I returned the more expensive one in a box the cheaper one arrived in. I mixed them up. When placing a return, I selected the correct item (the expensive pair of shoes) and returned the correct item. When revivo got my return, they refunded me for the cheaper pair. Nobody seemed to have checked the box and the return slip. They simply decided to refund the cheap item. I have contacted the company but had no response. Will be contacting my bank.

I’ve been trying to get answers to what is going on for six days now and still nothing. Stressful to say the least. 0 Stars would be more appropriate, but the option isn’t available. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. You might get better stress free service that works.

They sell you like every company with this grand vision. Like every company, fall entirely flat.
You pay to get your shoes repaired and it’s pretty ambiguous about if your shoes will be, but you go through with it anyway because you believe in the idea.
Weeks go by and you hear nothing then they say they haven’t got any soles in the right colour and they’ll send it back, after you’ve been without your shoes for weeks.
Absolute rubbish.

Excellent customer service and very fast resolution.
I had an issue with my order because the parcel was held by FedEx/customs in Argentina and I was asked to pay unexpected additional charges. I contacted Vivobarefoot support and they resolved everything much faster than I expected.
Yusra from the support team was very helpful, processed a full refund, and confirmed that Vivobarefoot would deal directly with FedEx to return the parcel.
I really appreciate how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. I have bought from Vivobarefoot before, and after this experience I will definitely buy from them again. Great customer service.

My revivo repair on my work shoes failed after 13 months. The stitching attaching the sole to the upper came undone. I wanted to see if a repair was covered under some sort of warranty. I have spent the last 6 weeks providing additional information and chasing progress only to be told today that:
"...your footwear falls outside our 100-day trial and 6-month quality guarantee period,..."
Why not tell me this at outset? I'd have bought a new pair. Instead I've had wear alternative shoes to work every day for 6 weeks. My toes are not happy - and neither am I

I had a pair of my vivos resoled and refreshed. The sole is just tearing off I have had to glue them with super glue. The uppers were in Fantastic condition now they look like shoes for gardening.
I like the premise, of being eco friendly and keeping them going but honestly the execution is awful. And i payed the price of a new pair of shoes for this.
I like vivos but they need to review quality and pricing.

I ordered a pair of shoes in my usual vivobarefoot size, but they turned out to be too small. Not a problem. I started the "straightforward" returns process, but didn't receive a QR code, just a print-at-home return label. I don't have access to a printer and printing at the library would cost me more than arranging my own postage with Royal Mail. I've repeatedly tried to get in touch with them, both by email and using their online chat, but had no sucess. Zendesk closed my ticket before anyone from their team had even responded to it.

Das unternehmen versendet komplett andere Schuhe als bestellt wurden. Auf die Rückerstattung des Betrages warte ich inzwischen zwei Jahre. Auf E-Mail, sei es direkt an Revivo oder an die Mutter Firma vivobarefoot wird nicht geantwortet.
Viel schlechteren Services kann man gar nicht bieten

I am incredibly disappointed with the abysmal level of service from Revivo. My experience with them has been a complete failure from start to finish on three separate fronts:
Delivery Failure: The original product was completely delayed and failed to arrive on time.
Abysmal Communication: When things went wrong, getting a response was impossible. I reached out to follow up on the shipping delays, and later sent a formal complaint. Both went completely unanswered. Their customer support is non-existent.
Withheld Refund: After my return was tracked and officially received by them on April 22nd, they completely failed to issue my refund on time. I had to resort to sending a final notice and threatening escalation to a payment provider just to get any kind of action.
A company cannot take a customer's money, fail to deliver the product on time, ignore multiple tracked inquiries, and then sit on a refund for weeks after receiving the return.
Avoid this company unless you want to spend your free time chasing down your own money. Utterly unprofessional.

I think it’s a brand with strong ethics regarding to what and how they produce. They value transparency and help people transitioning from « regular » shoes to barefoot which is very important holistically for the whole body IMO. I’m so thrilled with cork insoles as I do not have to put on socks or bear materials that make me sweat instantly… The return on Vivo makes sense and is easy and quick to process & refund. I returned my shoes because they were a completely different colour to what I ordered. 4 weeks later, I'm still waiting for a refund and haven't had any response from them at all. I see from Royal Mail's tracking that they received my return 3 weeks ago.
I would have easily bought another pair after they issued the refund, but I'm completely put off buying from this company ever again after this experience. Reading the reviews, it doesn't look like anyone has a smooth returns process.
It's baffling to me that the company spends so much money on influencers and marketing only to have such awful customer service that customers never buy another pair of their shoes again.

I ordered a repair and resole service for £80 for my four year old shoes. The new sole has started peeling off inside of six months. This company is forward thinking in proving such a service but unfortunately it cannot deliver as it just not economically viable to pay for such a rubbish service to keep your shoes limping on
Update: they contacted me on here to provide details (or they'd take down the review), and surprise surprise they have not been in contact since... think they're trying to get bad reviews removed- classy

I ordered a resole from them. They took the money on the day I ordered, and for some unknown reason again the following day! They then cancelled the order. So now I have paid twice and received nothing. Absolutely awful service. Never dealt with a company this rubbish! Support have been unable to understand what charges have been made even though I can see everything from my credit card. Appalling!

Paid for a repair, 10 days ago. They took the money immediately and sent a confirmation email that stated that I would receive an email from global-e with details about how to post the shoes in for repair. Never got the email, they haven’t responded to any of my emails, I’m £80 lighter and still have my tatty old shoes.
Edited to add:
Weirdly enough they found the time to contact me after I’d left this review, with the details of how to send my shoes in for repair. (The information that should have been delivered automatically). However they have not responded to my request for a refund that I originally asked for after having had no information from them. I haven’t sent the shoes in, and still waiting for a refund.
Edited again (8/5/26) to add stars to three because they have now processed the refund.

Recently purchased a great pair of shoes from here but was disappointed when it took more than a week for them to be despatched.
When chasing to find out what had happened after a week without update, my query was passed to an annoying AI assistant bot that responded with the tracking link and no actual explanation.
These products aren’t cheap and they change extra for delivery and returns so I think they should consider investing in an actual consumer service teams instead.
