I initially spoke to David Brewer who is an Annuity Specialist at Retirement Line. My options for taking an annuity were clearly explained at each stage and any questions I had were answered promptly and patiently. I did not feel rushed into making decisions. Once I had decided what I wanted from an annuity I was looked after by Jamar Dobson who is a Customer Relations Consultant. He explained the administration process which he handled for me. He updated me on how matters were proceeding promptly and efficiently. I would recommend speaking to Retirement Line if you are considering an annuity.

I can't recommend these highly enough. From the first phone call they made the process very easy. They explained things clearly without talking down to me and were very patient making an overwhelming situation easier. Special shout out to Andrew Ward and Ben Payne for their patience and professionalism.

Very easy to contact, had already decided what I wanted so just getting the best option. Straight forward and kept informed throughout the process.

Having spoken to the pension company and not being overly impressed both with the staff and annuity offer we tried Retirement Line. Oliver Prescott couldn't have been more helpful, concise and patient when i asked for alternative quotes.

David Brewer and Scott Mulhern made the whole process completely problem free. This is the second time I have used Retirement Line and I've been very pleased both times.

Great service from start to finish. Great quotes and no pressure to proceed but once I said to move ahead they took on all of the admin effort and simplified everything. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Retirement Line for an annuity purchase. From my initial telephone conversation with David Brewer through to my final email from Louise Szombara confirming the policy had been set up I have received nothing but professional, courteous service.
David provided me with numerous quotes but at no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed and was given time to review my options. Once I had made my decision David emailed a comprehensive set of documents (all containing the correct details).
From here Louise took over and provided me with regular updates.
I must also say thank you to Tom Handley, with whom I had brief contact, for his professional service.

Paul Guy was incredibly helpful an patient whilst guiding me through the Myriad of annuities available to me. He helpfully booked an appointment for me with Pension Wise. After deciding on the appropriate plan Joao Costa then steered the process through to completion keeping me informed of progress weekly. I can highly recommend retirement Line !

Excellent service as normal, we have used Denise Hyland on a number of occasions in the past, this time, it was her colleague Oliver Prescott as Denise was away, but he was just as helpful.
You get a dedicated customer service assistant after the paper work has been completed to liaise with you and the Insurance company, in this case Beate Chinta, who kept up uptodate on a very regular basis and the whole process was completed well in advance of the timescale.

Great service and communication, would recommend to anyone looking for an annuity. Whole process was quick and stress free. Communication from retirement line was first class. The initial contact and quote for annuity was very easy , no pressure and conducted with Joshua Lawson. Once i had accepted and processed the paperwork my case was handed over to Jamar Dobson who kept me in constant update and progress with my transfer from Reassure to Canada life. I received frequent emails advising as progress was made with my fund transfer involving sum of £200k to annuity and tax free pay out. All in all the process was hassle free and I would recommend Retirement line if looking for a annuity.
