Gave a good estimate of annuity amount for my pension but absolutely spam me with telephone calls wanting to do a formal quote. I only wanted an estimate for retirement planning

This is the 1st time I have used Pense. I made an initial enquiry via their portal after reading many positive reviews.
I had an initial telephone appointment with Kirk who was very professional and very knowledgeable regarding the Fixed Term Annuities I wanted, far more knowledgeable than my previous advisor. Kirk made various suggestions and over the course of a week provided different quotes for the plans I wanted. There was no pressure from Kirk. The fee structure was also very competitive.
When I had decided on the plans I was assigned a dedicated Pensions Administrator who undertook all the paperwork to transfer my Pensions. The process only took a few weeks, and I now have my new policies. Liv & Heidi have been excellent in getting the new policies set up far quicker than I had thought would be the case.
I will definitely use Pense again and will be recommending them to family and friends as well as anyone who reads this review.

Not sure which way to go with my pension pot and decided to contact a number of advisors.
I ended up with Pense, although not sure if they were the right company but any doubts I had were put to rest after an indepth discussion with James Allott whose advice was invaluable without pushing me into anything I wasn't sure or happy about.
I already had some idea of the direction I wanted to go and James was able to explain everything in detail which allowed me the proceed in the direction I needed.
Once my decision was made, I was handed over to the the most efficient and confident administrator Liv Carey who kept me very well informed of the progress of my application with a regular update throughout the whole process to completion.
Overall, I was very happy with the decision to go with Pense and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone confused about their pensions and to seek out the best possible returns for their pension pots.
Very well done to all concerned and keep up the good work.
The icing on the cake would be to persuade the chancellor to ease up on the tax liabilities.

Pense were very professional. The financial adviser talked me through my options then sent the paper out for me. Once the paper work was sent back liv kept me upto date with the process by email. Liv was very professional as was all the team that dealt with me. Five star service. I would recommend PENSE.

Dealing with my husbands pension after his death was something I dreaded. Ross talked me through all the options and advised me in order for me to achieve the best rests. Through the set up process Lauren kept me updated checking progress with the companies. I recommend this company 100%

Great service from Lauren and Kirk from start to finish. I got regular updates all through the process which were much appreciated and everything was handled professionally and efficiently.

The whole process was well explained and discussed by Kirk who highlighted the pros and cons of the different options. The process was then diligently followed up at every stage by Lauren and Heidi to ensure I knew what was happening throughout. Very efficient and professional and good value for money.

My experience was excellent from start to finish, bringing my four old pensions together to Canada Life, taking a 25% tax-free sum and establishing my annuity payment has been really straightforward and stress-free, and was completed comfortably ahead of the estimated scheduled time. Hi had 2 pensions from different companies and I wanted to put them in one pot so I used Pense.
I was assigned the wonderful Lauren Burfield who held my hand and guided me through the process of changing into one pension pot.
She was Amazing and made the transition very easy.
I can't recommend Pense highly enough and if you are in the same position as me wanting to get your pension ready for your retirement then PENSE makes SENSE.

I had what I thought was the unenviable task of transferring several pensions into an annuity and a separate drawdown pension. After friendly and professional advice from Kirk and great back-up and weekly updates from Lauren, Liv and Amber the task was completed with relative ease! I would definitely recommend Pense.

Pense provided me with very good information. It didn’t matter how manner questions I had or times I called. I was always greeted with a friendly voice and it was never a problem, compared with original suppler.

The PENSE team communicated well at all stages of the process, and found me the best deal available. They continually monitored the market, and when a better deal became available they advised me accordingly.

From start to finish the whole process of arranging my annuity was first class. Ross Taylor spent a lot of time going through my options and ensuring I had all of the information to make an informed decision that would be suitable to meet my needs. I found him extremely helpful and informative, and in no way did I feel pressured to proceed. After making the decision to proceed Lauren Machin Burfield became my pension administrator- she was in weekly contact with me, updating me of progress and on hand to answer any questions I had.

Having searched the market for quite a while for a company to arrange a pension I finally decided on pence pension I was very nervous letting a company deal with all my pensions and amount of funds but I needn’t have worried because first contact was with a financial advisor named Kirk yoemans who explained everything to me and how things would work etc he would continually check market rates keeping me updated if I was unsure of anything he was a phone call away but would always get back to me if not free at that moment. Finally moving onto next stage with a pensions advisor called liv Carey she kept me fully updated with weekly emails she even went above and beyond complaining to one of my pension providers about how long it was taking to transfer funds which resulted in a nice cheque from the company as a good will gesture both Kirk and liv were excellent and I would not hesitate and recommend pence to any one looking to set up a pension thank you pence

My experience has been very positive. Both in terms of advice and execution. The financial advisor was very careful to make sure that what he was selling me was appropriate - somewhat frustrating - but he was being careful and diligent; basically doing his job. The execution subsequently was smooth and to plan.

Outstanding services. Bespoke financail accommodation, precise. I was looking for a tailored professional outcome James and Callum. We're exceptional in catering for my needs.which go beyond the normal, with a family emergency.
