I would like to thank the ladies and gentlemen, who's names are liv, Steve and james for making this pension process very easy for me due to my health issues, all three were very professional with the service they gave me, I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for professional help with their pensions

Excellent service from Kirk and Lauren. After speaking to 2 people from different companies who were far from helpful. I'm glad I saw the recommendation of Pense in the Radio Times.

From start to finish Penske have been brilliant. The level of service I have received from every single member of their teams has been Exceptional. I dealt with James in my initial consultation and then with Liv as the process began. I was given plenty of options of annuity, lump sum etc and I was offered an option that had never been mentioned to me before and suited exactly what I was looking for. An annuity until I am of state pension age but a protected lump sum also. Liv kept in constant touch throughout the process and made sure I knew where I was and what to expect. This was incredibly helpful as I didn't feel out of the loop at any time! I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to utilise your pension in the best way for you.

After a huge amount of researching, going down rabbit holes, two meetings with different pension advisors, even taking on a myriad of recommendations from keyboard ‘experts’ on all things pensions, it was a huge relief to come across Pense.

From my first meeting with Kirk around what my pension contributions needed to do for me and my circumstances, agreeing where my comfort levels needed to be, using terminology that even I understood, through to being brilliantly supported by Lauren on a weekly basis around the pension journey and timelines, was a welcome relief!

I reflect now on the whole process and there is nothing I would do differently, no ‘if only’ or ‘maybe I should have done it another way’ nothing but peace of mind.
