I have received an excellent service from an initial telephone call to assess my request for support on understanding my preferred options, through to overseeing the whole process.
Communication has been supportive and effective, delivered with professionalism from both Kimberley and Lucy.
Providing values and options and progressing with my chosen provider has been a seamless process.
Even a final email to confirm all transactions had taken place was sent along with warm regards for the future.

I initially spoke to David Brewer who is an Annuity Specialist at Retirement Line. My options for taking an annuity were clearly explained at each stage and any questions I had were answered promptly and patiently. I did not feel rushed into making decisions. Once I had decided what I wanted from an annuity I was looked after by Jamar Dobson who is a Customer Relations Consultant. He explained the administration process which he handled for me. He updated me on how matters were proceeding promptly and efficiently. I would recommend speaking to Retirement Line if you are considering an annuity.

I can't recommend these highly enough. From the first phone call they made the process very easy. They explained things clearly without talking down to me and were very patient making an overwhelming situation easier. Special shout out to Andrew Ward and Ben Payne for their patience and professionalism.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Retirement Line for an annuity purchase. From my initial telephone conversation with David Brewer through to my final email from Louise Szombara confirming the policy had been set up I have received nothing but professional, courteous service.
David provided me with numerous quotes but at no point did I feel pressured or overwhelmed and was given time to review my options. Once I had made my decision David emailed a comprehensive set of documents (all containing the correct details).
From here Louise took over and provided me with regular updates.
