Impossibile cancellare abbonamento
Al momento di cancellare l'abbonamento, il sito "smette di funzionare" dicendo che c'è un problema e di scrivere all'assistenza, ma sulla pagina dell'assistenza il form per le segnalazioni non funziona.
Ho quindi scritto una email all'indirizzo indicato e... l'email torna indietro.
Voglio cancellare l'abbonamento prima del prossimo addebito.

Misleading - cannot download even after paying.
Misleading when it says you can download in multiple formats. Only raw texts and a non-editiable pdf image. Help is useless as they don't seem to understand English. I asked the same question in different ways and they either didn't want to answer or didn't understand.

Buyer beware
Ok tool overall, quite user friendly but beware, I paid for the 14 day access and whilst it seems reasonably price, what they don't advise you is you go into an automatic renewal per month of ~$35(Aud) they don't issue an emails or invoices outside of their portal. I only realised this when looking through my statements a few months later. It is a little deceptive given I only needed access for a few days i.e. 14 to build the resume. I wouldn't recommend this site given you don't have a choice but to go automatically into a subscription model. Impost is on the consumer to cancel manually. When seeking a refund they were only "authorised" to provide a partial refund.
