Crazy I wasn’t aware that this was a subscription at all. I thought I paid for a single résumé. It’s not really super obvious it’s a recurring charge of 23$
It must have been in the smallest print possible.

Foi cobrado o valor de R$ 48,90 sem que eu tenha concordado com a cobrança.
Fiz um pagamento no dia 24/09/2024 no valor de R$ 8,49 para poder exportar meu curriculo que havia criado, visto que sem esse pagamento perderia o trabalho realizado, e isso não é informado quando o usuário começa a utilizar a ferramente.
Até aí, tudo bem, mas cobrar R$ 48,90, sem ter sido claro com o usuário já é um tanto quando malicioso.
Por isso, gostaria de solicitar o reembolso do valor, descontado.

the tool is average, There are fewer templates and minimal customization is allowed to that templates, if you increase these it will be an excellent tool, also you have not allowed to download in word, if I want to customize more I don't have any option

Choosing a good cover letter
It was important that I was able to choose a template relevant to my job application. It was easy to create a high standard cover letter using the information in the example template. The price to have access to the finished cover letter was very reasonable. Also, it was easy to cancel my subscription. A good experience all round.
