your rep online was NOT professional
your rep online was NOT professional, she did NOT answer my questions. Instead, she forced to me to purchase new program.
She also told me that program I purchase have "UNLIMITED" access and modifications.
That was LIE, i just got a another charge - $3 for updating my resume.
I will pursuit the legal action against your "scam" services!!!

Service/resume was good, but customer service was pushy.
The service rendered was good and I appreciate the resume and the results. When it came time to cancel because I no longer needed to maintain the service, I asked REPEATEDLY for them to cancel to the point of demanding they cancel because the representative kept pushing services and borderline refusing to cancel for me, ignoring my polite requests. I saved the transcript to report to my credit card company because of how openly my repeated cancellation statements where ignored I'm so dissatisfied. If I say I no longer want to pay for a subscription service, arguing with me and blatantly disregarding what I'm saying is not the way to maintain a customer and I will absolutely not be returning to this company for this service again should I ever need it just because of how my interaction went with customer service.
