Excellent work, results are first class. The workmanship is top class and they tidied up afterwards and left no mess at all. Definitely recommend for a new path/drive.

Resindrives are an Excellent company. The 4 men Neil, Andy, Dave and Dom who laid the drive were fantastic. They were polite, courteous and very professional. I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. Gold Stars all round. A massive Thank You to you All. Mrs.Amey , Knutsford.

The installation went like clockwork and the end result has been much admired by friends and neighbours. The teams were polite, hard-working and efficient; the new drive is a tremendous change from what was ugly, weed and moss-covered, and totally uninspiring I would have liked a more coherent contact with the office staff; at times I was slightly bemused as to who was doing what when! All in all, however, I am highly delighted with the way the work was carried out and with the completely transformed driveway.

Really poor service. Did my drive over a year ago and its cracking everywhere.. shody repairs and now I have had to sue them to get the entire drive redone. Extremely disappointing. Please do your research throughly before appointing them, get everything in writing and take lots of photos. Cost me a fortune.

One thing to say about this company is amazing customer service. The sales man Leevan was absolutely spot on, very compatent and friendly, our drive way is now stunning and we love it! All the neighbours think it’s beautiful and are all enquiring, the fitting was fast and efficient and the the weather took a turn for the worst but the customer service team was on the phone 24/7 communicating and updating us! Drive way and the process was carried out very efficiently just how the sales man described it to be, very stress free process and a lovely drive way, we would 110% recommend resin drives to anyone! Thankyou very much.

I must say when my drive was finished it looked great, but I have tried to no avail to contact Resin drives to come and have a look at my drive as it is now showing signs of cracking, I would have assumed that the 'Insurance Backed Guarantee' would have covered such a thing, but I have received no reply, At one time I would have recommended this company but I am NOT so sure now.

Contacted company and spoke to a very nice young lady who advised me that the drive was no longer under guarantee, although it's taken months to get any response, the young lady advised me that Edward would contact me around the end of March to discuss things further ( due to the cold weather) which I fully understand. I look forward to the company contacting me and correcting our faulty drive, which at one time looked great.

UPDATE......21/05/2019 They never turned up to inspect our drive as promised, is this company to be trusted , I don't think so, we are very disappointed, so we have down rated the star value to 2*!!

Excellent from start to finish ,we have had our driveway paths and patio done in a silver/ black with a slate grey block edge, lots of lovely lights .Mr fong did us a fantastic design plan and price!! And the fitters were fantastic ,very high standard of work.We are over the moon with our resin drive and it’s transformed our whole outdoor space .since having our driveway done we get lots of compliments and enquires about it .customer service was also great we dealt with the same chap throughout the process (Mr Fong) a real credit to resin drives company ,and has since been back for a cup of tea and to check we was 100%satisfied .

Good job done in the expected timeframe. People doing the work polite and considerate. Minor fixes required were completed with minimum of fuss and with no quibbling.

Unhappy with the lack of communication between sales and work team, I had to keep referring to my agreement for jobs as the work team kept saying that it was not what they were there to do, parts agreed and done, other part not completed until after refusing to sign satisfaction sheet. Overall now all that was agreed has been completed we are very happy with the end result.

All the neighbours are admiring the work & a friend who visited to look at the results will be getting Resindrives to do a "makeover" at her home. What more can you say to that.? Resindrives from start to finish are professional ie the sales man,the surveyor & all the work teams, who clean up without a fault.
Husband wished he knew the garage was still unlocked before the drive was surfaced but this was only a small hitch to such a good job. He waited up to 1.30 am to lock up!

Great job done. Drive looks wonderful - really high quality work - not slippy when wet or icy either.

The quality of the work was excellent but the communications from the company weren't always clear. This led to delays and an extended period before the work was completed.

Very happy with my experience using Resin Drives. They were communicative, reliable and thorough. They also understood our needs well and gave good advice. From Lee who we had our initial meeting with, to Dan the surveyor and then the prep team and installation team I was impressed. Adam from the installation team went beyond my expectations and delivered an excellent new driveway for us. It looks fantastic.
I can highly recommend Resin Drives to anyone.

I seem to have been lucky in that at least my drive looks wonderful. A real shame then that I would not recommend Resin Drives to my worst enemy! And whilst I watched all stages of the installation & observed that the quality & quantity of materials used seemed top notch & that excellent care was taken over both preparation & installation I do not for a moment imagine the guarantee is worth the paper it is written on.

The surveyor/rep (Chris) was excellent - not at all pushy, answered all my questions, explained the choices & the installation process. I had done my own research into the process & he never spoke down to me in a manner that showed he was just after the sale. There must be another company out there more deserving of his customer relationship abilities.

The workmen (Ashley, James, Paul, John, Luke & Nathan - somewhere out there must be a company who also really deserves you!) were brilliant - got on with the job, were cheerful, neat & tidy & respected my property. Luke & Nathan who laid the resin were so professional - good to see real craftsmanship & pride in work these days.

So what was wrong? In 40 years of projects on 3 houses this was the most shambolic customer service/care I have ever encountered. They mislead, they do not communicate, they will not confirm receipt of your money, refuse to send invoices/receipts for interim payments. They do not return calls or answer emails for days, even weeks. It was like wading uphill through treacle! I could write a book . . . which I would then throw at them.

And DO NOT order a Gliderol garage door from them. This proved to be a rubbish installation of a door by sub-contractors who were unfamiliar with the product which even came with pre-installed dents & scratches. From day one it refused to close properly, had a motor which seemed to be struggling & juddered rather than glided. I spent over 2 months trying to get them to fix it - they claimed they did not have time, although did then turn up unannounced whilst I was away from home & sat outside my house for over an hour trying to contact me. I finally gave up & engaged another contractor to rip it out & replace with something fit for purpose. Someone from Resin Drives did eventually turn up to take away the scrap door but they have declined to return my deposit payment so I am about to commence action in the Small Claims Court.

They have a first class salesman, what we were sold is not what we got. Sold a all in one drive, ended up with it in 3 sections.
Very disappointed.
Seems the company have a lack of communication.

The work was neat and careful, and Resin Drives did everything possible to ensure that we were happy with the end result - which we are!
