The service we received from the three teams of on-site chaos who undertook the extensive work to our drive and patio were second to none and we cannot speak highly enough of them.

They were punctual, very polite, very respectful and above all they really cared about ensuring we were happy with the work undertaken...something we have never experienced before to this degree!

The customer service team on the other hand need a real shake up!!!!

Detailed information given to the surveyors was not passed on to the on-site team. For example, important information about our requested driveway design was not passed on which meant that when the resin installers arrived the job they thought would take a day ended up taking three, the accounts department called to ask for payments when they were not due (could have been avoided is accounts spoke to the in-site team to see if work was completed) which was annoying and asked for payment when payment had already been made which was even more annoying?

The surveyor allocated to us was contable initially, made various promises about the works and materials and then was uncountable fir the rest of the duration of the works... very frustrating!

As a result mistakes were made as towards the end it all felt rushed and so a team had to come out to fix things.

If we had our time again we would insist that all resin of the same colour was laid in one go as our steps are a slightly different shade to our drive as a result of the resin of the same colour being laid in 2 different days. Resin Drives have said that it’s not but it’s obvious that it is.

Due to the poor communication between customer service/the surveyors and the on-site teams we found we needed to be on our A game the whole time which was exhausting and resulted in extra time being taken off work and lots of phone calls.

I really hope that the back office can raise their game as the on-site teams are way ahead in terms of their customer service.

But it all boils down to does the end product look amazing? Yes it does and would we use Resin Drives again, yes we would.

Lee and his team were first rate. Resin guys also very good.
On two occasions we were told one day before the previous project had overrun and our project would be delayed by one day. Not a big problem.

Professional service who delivered on everything they promised . The team dealing with the preparation were efficient and dealt with the work very quickly . The individuals who then laid the resin surface were also excellent. The work was completed in a very short time and has transformed our drive . A great product that looks amazing. No hesitation in recommending Resindrives to anyone . In fact , I have already been doing this as people are knocking on my door asking who did the drive for us .

The surveyor relayed the wrong colour stones, the team arrived no late with no ring ahead call, they borrowed an extension lead without permission and then left it in a hedge (still plugged into the mains!!) when they left. There was an awful lot of water left in the garage surrounding the tumble dryer and freezer - thankfully no damage. When the invoice arrived by email (3 times) it came with someone else's too!! I was offered, and accepted, £100 compensation for the wrong colour stones. I will now need to get them back to fix some trim stones that have already come loose.

After patiently answering all my many questions following the survey and quote, Job booked in and came as scheduled. Installers were professional, worked hard and were great lads also. The dig out preparation and laying out of the sub-base looked really thorough. They built a wall, which was required to step the levels at the side, great job. The resin drive looks really good, lots of favourable comments from the neighbours. It is unrealistic not to expect one or two issues on a large job like this, the main thing is how they are sorted. I found the management/surveyor and office staff helpful, professional and keen to deliver satisfaction and the issues were addressed and sorted quickly. Aftercare pack arrived with the insurance backed guarantee therein. I would recommend this company.

Job was completed on time, on agreed days, and to a good standard. No mess was left afterwards and materials movements were well coordinated to avoid inconvenience to road users and neighbours. The surface is performing well, providing a firm surface with no puddles even after very heavy rain.

Excellent work by the various men that it took to complete the job. Have received several compliments of the finished work.

From start to finish an unsatisfactory experience. It still continues.

Drive was laid and because they ran out of stones they used a different colour to finish off. Within 2 years drive collapsed, surveyor came out to clarify and went to head office. I was given a date for new drive to be laid but that came and went with no contact from company. Chased them up and was given a new date but waited over 3 weeks for confirmation. The week before I rang to check it was going ahead and nobody knew anything about it. Still Waiting!!

Garden/patio area. Well where do I start? We had 3 other quotes prior to Resin Drives. I have to state that Resin Drives were not the cheapest, in fact, they were the most expensive but OMG are we glad we paid that little extra. From the minute their consultant entered our home, right to the road and path outside our house being cleaned, after the job was done, their service & expertise & professionalism has been 2nd to none. Everything about the task ahead was explained in full detail. All the different resins/colours were shown to us & advice/recommendations given as to what would look good with our house. Their consultant was in our home around 4hrs and at no point did we feel pressured. We are chatty people hence the long visit. Don't let that put you off. I'm sure it doesn't usually take that long. Ours was a very large patio area, not a driveway so there was a lot of questions & measuring to be done. Once we had placed the order we were kept up to date at all times. They arrived on schedule as promised & the job was completed exactly to the timescales given at the time of the order. I cannot praise Resin Drives enough. They have done an absolutely fantastic job in our garden & we are so pleased that we didn't put cost over quality. Had we have chosen 1 of the cheaper quotes we are sure we would have been extremely disappointed. Please do Not let cost force you to place an order with "Jack of all trades, master of none companies". You really do get what you pay for. If you want Rolls Royce expertise & quality then don't expect to get it for the price of a mini. Resin Drives know what they are talking about & fully understand the product they are dealing with. Hence why you may pay a little bit more. If you want 100% quality & perfection and a patio or driveway that your friends & neighbours will be truly envious of then don't waste your time getting other quotes(like we did), go straight to Resin Drives. We will be having them back in 2019 to do our drive. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. First class. Thank you so much Resin Drives.

Good news first. The crew who did the preparation were very good and those who laid the drive were also good. The end product looks as good as I expected, too early to say more.
Bad news - internal communication and management of the project within your company failed on several counts. I told at least 3 people my holiday dates, but the date I was given for the laying of the drive was during my holiday. On the revised date the crew arrived from S Wales, but only half the ‘stone’ was delivered. I was assured that the office would ring me, but two days later the crew arrived again, with no warning, at an extremely inconvenient time. I would have sent them away, but they had again come from S Wales and pleaded that if they didn’t complete the job they would not be paid. I had guests arriving and life was made difficult for all of us for two days.
A good project spoiled by poor management.

Badly let down. Pleasant and apparently efficient salesman and surveyor, so 1K deposit paid. A week later Resindrives reneged on our signed contract before commencing the work. Raised price from agreed £7K to £11K+. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
