Absolutely fabulous result. They did exactly what they said they would do. Their team's are professional and extremely tidy. Timescales are adhered to and they are well versed in arranging all required equipment on site. We are very pleased with our beautiful new driveway-it's already attracting admiring glances. Gives the house massive kerb appeal.

Customers who give good reviews have just had drives completed. Wait a couple of years when you have cracks, moss and the drive looks awful. Couple this with rude, aggressive service, just a terrible stressful experience, avoid this company. if you are determined to have resin drive try another company with insurance backed 10 year plus guarantee. This company does not want to know if faults appear. Another resin drive company knocked on our door wanting to know who had done our drive. They couldn't believe what a poor standard of job it was and knew no one in our area would want a resin drive after seeing ours.Better still have block paving we wish we had as our drive will need re- doing just a few years after having it done at great expense.

Customer Service team phoned to make appointment for Surveyor, during this time I was asked if We were getting comparable prices. I advised them I was for blockpaving. Appointment was subsequently made.

Surveyor arrived on the appointment day and was extremely rude, aggressive and actually threatened me because I “had wasted his time” when he learnt I also had a price for block paving. His behavior was totally unacceptable.

Resin drives do an excellent job of preparing and providing a really nicely finished resin drive. Our own experience also included the installation of artificial grass where the preparation was carried out efficiently to the same high standard. However, the laying of the grass did not meet the same high standards and gave cause for remedial work to be requested and this was where a weakness in the company showed up. Customer Service proved very difficult to secure, mainly due to very poor communication skills. After many phone calls and even a personal visit to Brighouse eventually one of the management team paid us a visit took several photographs of the grass and agreed that this aspect of the job was substandard and required rectification. We then experienced a long silence until eventually an expert from the grass suppliers arrived with new material and made a first class job. In the end we have the resin drive and the artificial grass we had hoped to achieve originally. We can recommend Resin Drives as a trustworthy company they just need to improve Customer Service in respect of keeping the customer informed at all times.

Hi very pleased with my resin drive the first two guys were very helpful and work with me throughout the first day . Day two the resin was laid by two more guys and did a great job very expensive but worth it

The men who fitted the drive did an excellent job. They kept disruption to a minimum, worked very hard and were courteous.

Everybody that passes my drive comments hoow good it looks and I agree with them also couldnt ask for better pleasant workmen

The workmen were very efficient but I was given the wrong information about walking on the resin and as a result the resin was damaged. When we complained Steve on the customer service line was most unhelpful. Hower we spoke to Dave and he had the resin repaired in a week
