Never use this company, absolute rip off company as they take your money and never get back to you when you have a problem post application..

Still waiting for my resin to arrive ordered weeks ago!

Absolutely no fault with the work man that completed our drive they were here and gone in no time with no problem at all. At first everything was fine we kept off it like we were told and kept the car off it for even longer than we were told. Then came the problem of dips where the car was eventually parked. At first the owner came out to take pictures bur since that we have heard nothing after numberous phone calls and emails. I will be seeking legal advice and taking action. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of these scum bags. Quick enough to take your money but no help afterwards.

From start to finish, everyone was very friendly, helpful, efficient and did a lovely job. All round excellent.

We are delighted with the Resindrives work from the beginning up to the end. The driveway is excellent.

I am very pleased with the finished look of my resin patio, a few small points of criticism are down to lack of communication with prep team, could have left my lawn looking better, concrete stains on edging bricks, but have to say all the guys were polite, friendly, but would have liked an area manager to have had a look at finished article, but must say overall very happy with product.

Fantastic! We are so pleased with the end result. Standard was of a high quality, with polite and professional workmen who were also very clean and tidy on a daily basis. Since completion, we have had numerous comments from neighbours and passerby’s, commenting on the look and the finish. Even the postman commented on how good it looked! We are over the moon and would highly recommend.

Happy with final product but workers could have been more tidy and taken more care when going through my property to the back. Very muddy. No dust sheets. Also had to wait two weeks for the pallets and surplus resin to be taken away.

I rang this company for a quote and was visited the next day by a salesman. He arrived 1 1/4hr late and we found him to be very pushy, insisting we signed on the line and paid a deposit that day... which we stupidly did! He kept saying how we were protected by the 14day money back guarantee so could easily get our deposit back if we changed our minds.
After researching the company, I was concerned about some of the reviews I read and the fact that they only offer a 5 yr guarantee where as other companies offer a 10 yr guarantee, so decided to cancel our order to allow us to shop around more.
It took over 3 weeks and a million phone calls before we received a cheque for our refund. Every time we rang we were given different excuses of why we hadn’t received our refund and no one ever rang us back when we left messages. One person told us the director was the only person who could sign a cheque and was off sick for a week, then when we rang the following day and asked to speak to the director we were told he was in a meeting...
As other reviews suggest, the customer service here is shocking and I would suggest people avoid at all costs!!

I am having to take legal action against this company for faulty installation in 2015 which over the years has caused serious damp damage to my property. So far they have ignored all my letters and refused to compensate us for the work we have had to have done to fix the damp which slowly continued to egress into our kitchen wall due to them covering up the drain. This problem continued for a couple of years before we knew it was the resin that caused it. At first they said it could not be fault of the installation - we had to employ damp specialistwho confirmed it was the resin step that was causing the damp, Eventually Reindrives accepted that it was caused by incorrect installation and they replaced the step but so far have not reimbursed us for expense we have incurred for repairs and decorating and replacement door due to them not sorting out the problem when they were first informed about it and installing it incorrectly

Dec 2019 - the salesman visited, gave a price. Jan 2019 - the salesman and surveyor visited, confirmed the price and we signed a contract and gave a deposit. After a few cancelled installations (our fault - we weren't ready due to other work) installation was agreed for May 21st. So far, so good. May 17th - received a call from a director: 'They had underquoted and could not do the job at the price quoted'. They wouldn't accept liability that it was their fault and wouldn't honour their quote. I asked what if I had pulled out of the contract and was told 'it happens'!. Shambles of a company, non-existent customer service.

5 stars for the finished product. We are delighted with our drive, patio & paths. They could have been better organised but have done a good job. We have received many compliments on the improvement it has made.

I was really pleased with the work carried out, the guys worked really hard over the two days and done an excellent job. My only grumble was the lack of communication after we had placed the order for the work to be carried out as we had to ring up the company to find out what date the work was to be carried out on a couple of occasions. I accepted that the work would not be carried out for several weeks but it would have been nice if someone had least kept us informed. Other than that I really very pleased with my new drive and have had many local people comment on the work. I would be happy to recommend Resindrives.

It has been a pleasure dealing with this firm.From my initial enquiry up right up to the drive being laid it has gone swimmingly.Prompt turn around to get the salesman round to measure,a quote in my inbox with the option to finance the work interest free so I can leave my money in the bank gaining interest.Second survey was done within a week of my initial decision and then the drive has now been down for 2 weeks.I wanted to wait a little until I put the review on here to make sure everything was ok. Although I had few quotes a little cheaper from smaller local firms I had full confidence in resin drives.co.uk and paid a little more knowing I have an insurance backed warranty and that they a BBA certificate for the process they use to lay the drive.If any thing goes wrong I will be the first to be back on here leaving a review but so far so good!!Highly recommended well done guys!! :)

A total incompetent company and incompetent customer services there very quick to take your money but when you have a problem they don’t want to now would not recommend this company

Good communication throughout. Explained all the processes clearly. Drive and path look really good.

Resindrive had a team to dig out old drive and prepare, and a second team to lay resin. They both got on with the job and we were really pleased with result. Did fine it odd first team didn’t have hose or extension cable for power. We also contacted Resindrive after work completed as a helpful leaflet delivery person walked across newly laid resin and left a few footmarks, but they still haven’t called us back a week later to see if anything can be done.

Delighted with our purchase and all the teams involved.
