Poor communication from the office - there were a lot of people on holiday and the person you talked to didn't know your job and needed to get back. Unfortunately nobody seemed to have been on a course on how to make an outside call / use a telephone.Simple questions like are you actually coming on Monday never got answered.
However the workforce were really good and the product seems to be excellent. The water from recent storms and lashing rain have just drained away and disappeared.
Easy to keep clean as well.

Fantastic job.
The team arrived when they said they would and worked non stop.
They did a great job of clearing the path of its old stones etc.
They went the extra mile by making sure everything was as we wanted it to be. They did little things like bringing some topsoil to fill in an area that was previously covered by the old path.
The final job looks Amazing - we have had people knock on the door asking who did it.
Totally transformed the look of our home.
I would give them more than 5 stars if i could !!!

We had a few problems with product not turning up which they rapidly sourced from elsewhere etc, but the standard of workmanship is high, and the finished product looks fabulous.

I have to say the work that was done was excellent the contractors really did well we’re polite and worked extremely hard. So happy with the work they did. They cleared up after and left it in fab condition. Wry happy customer. Chasing up for the work to be done was a little hap hazard but they finally got there.

Had our drive fitted June. This is something me and my wife have wanted as an asset to our home for a while. After numerous consultations with contractors we chose to go with resin drives after being offered the best deal within our budget. Our drive was fitted within 6 weeks of our initial consultation and contract signing and our friendly surveyor lee gave us his personal telephone number after we explained to him we was apprehensive due to a dodgy experience with another drive company and was and still is always on hand to deal with any of our questions. Not only was the customer service spot on but our drive way is stunning and we have have received many compliments and we are very pleased we chose to go with resin drives. Excellent

Recently our drive has been fitted , pleasant experience with contractors and surveyors. Was given a 4 week wait for our drive way to be fitted after surveyor went out of his way to source us a new colour that we designed. Was fitted with in the time frame, over all we are very happy with our drive and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Resin drives :).

Very happy with the finished product. Hard work though getting there though. Be aware if you are having a new manhole cover that cement doesn't get into the drain. Had to get Welsh water to clear my drain., who were very miffed about this. The guys were lovely and worked really hard.

Drive began to crumble after 9 months since which time the co has ignored all attempts to agree a date for the agreed remedial work.
Constantly given unfulfilled promises with nobody willing to accept responsibility beyond an acknowledgment that co is in a mess
I wish I’d seen some of the adverse reviews posted before proceeding as they mirror my experience
My advice don’t touch them with a barge pole

Excellent product and excellent installation teams who have done a great job delighted with the new drive and passers by commenting on how good it is.

Happy with work done on my drive. Smooth transition through each department. Would recommend.

Resin drives.co.uk just finished our patio overlay with a resin finish. All went well with the work and the workman were clean and tidy.Cost me a few glasses of squash but it was very hot out there.I was happy overall and would recommend

My oh my - I'd stay clear if o was doing this again.

Placed order mid May, chased at end of June for an install date and was given mid July.

The install date came and nobody turned up - they said it wasn't on the board so it wasn't scheduled, and gave me another date a week later.

Received phone call saying the install couldn't go ahead but they couldn't give a date for install.

Emailed that same afternoon - no response.

Called and phone with many people who promised I would receive call backs - bit haven't had any call back to date.

I've called many times , and the company has so ply not kept its promises to call back.

I sent an email highlighting my issues and concerns and giving them a date to resolve this by, but I have a feeling I will not get a response.

Thank God I paid the deposit on credit card, my card company said I needed to set dates and times to the company in order to be able to refund the deposit payment.

Initially very pleased with the finished job, polite hardworking team, although a slight lack of communication between them and the office as they arrived a day earlier than arranged.
Was disappointed to see we had puddles forming during the first heavy rainfall, in spite of assurances that this could not happen. I rang the office on 10th June and sent photos via WhatsApp as arranged, but no reply, so re-sent via email on 12th June. Reply received from Edward, promising an assessment of the problem soon.
Still no reply by the 20th June so rang office again, Edward promised a return call within the hour from someone who could help.
June 24th June, still no response, so rang Neil Mitchell (sales dept) who promised to investigate and obtain a response from the relevant person in their organization.
July 2nd, still no response, rang office again, spoke to Mark, who promised someone would inspect the works, by no later than 22nd July.
It is now July 27th, and needless to say, no contact has been made.
It would appear that this Company has no Customer Care Service whatsoever, once they have received your money they are not interested, we actually paid within 3 hours of the men leaving site, as we were pleased with the initial appearance and accepted the offer of a reduction of £100 to do so -BIG MISTAKE-
This situation is most annoying to say the least, as initially we passed on their details to several people who expressed an interest in our drive, but no more! We paid approx. £13,000 for this work, and have contemplated having a similar area done to the rear of our property, but it certainly will not be ResinDrives.Co.Uk who carry out the work.

Absolute joke!
Salesman came 27th April. Price agreed, survey booked for a weeks time. Told it will be done well within 6 weeks (we needed to apply for a permit for the re-tarmac of the footpath afterwards).
Since they would be sending our block paving to the tip, we agreed that we would have it pulled up, and taken away to be reused elsewhere prior to the survey.
Survey was cancelled and pushed back, guy came a week later, 10th May, measured, videoed etc. And then nothing. My husband chased it, and over a week later was told the survey hadn’t even been submitted yet. After continuing to chase we were finally given a date of 3rd July. From what we were told when we signed the contract, we were expecting it to have been finished by this date. 2nd July, the day before they were due to start, my husband received one missed call with answerphone message saying they wanted to move it back 2 weeks to the 18th July. Inconvenient since a) it was short notice, and b) we had been living with a sand pit for a driveway for 2 months by this point. 17th July, again the day before they are due to start, they send us an e-mail saying they have tried to contact us multiple times (lies! we had one missed call, with answer message that day, which we picked up before the e-mail), to say that can’t come tomorrow as agreed and want to push it back again, but this time the start date given is 25th August! That’s 4 months after the sales person came and we signed the contract! Husband tried calling after receiving the answer message, and gets no response, and then on trying again later, gets someone claiming there’s no one available in that department available to speak to you right now, leave a message and they will call you back. Not happy at all. We’ve e-nailed and cancelled the whole thing as we are not prepared to wait another 5 weeks to potentially be pushed back again.

I have to say I am so pleased I found Resin Drives. From start to finish they have been amazing.The rubbish and leftover material took a while to be collected but now it's gone the front of my property looks fantastic

Where to begin....
Super promotional "booklet", seemingly well informed and professional Sales pitch via salesman, the fact that a woman I have always admired on TV Sarah Beany supports and endorses them....well why would I have wanted to go anywhere else for my front driveway and rear courtyard ready for hot tub to be covered in resin. 2 month initiation, 2 sales man visits, various calls and agree price and seemingly go ahead. Surveyor visit and films and records data for fitters to install.
Date agreed, date moved 3 weeks, not happy but has to be swallowed as already 3 months In to process ...then moves date again a further week....but then no show, no calls, impossible to get gold of via calls, texts, emails ., We wait another 2 days of "brush off"calls ...then called at 2pm today to offer 17th of July installation, disgusting! I am so cross, distressed and annoyed .....we will go else where, we are shocked that such a seemingly professional firm are in actual fact not at all so.
So my advice....don't bother with them....seems to me that they have become too big, that they can no longer fullfil their orders ....such a shame.....we are so let down

Please don’t use this company our drive has cracked and is going in holes. We have contacted Resin Drives by phone and email on many occasions and they have refused to reply after initially saying they would repair the drive under the guarantee. Very disappointed and wouldn’t want anyone to be left in the same situation. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough when the drive was installed, passerby’s used to knock on the door to ask about the drive, now they will be getting a completely different response!

My drive was installed in 2015 and looked great but now I have a crack in the driveway that need a repair. I have been informed that this is likely caused by poor grounds work and needs to be fixed or more cracks will appear overtime. I contacted Resindrives who initially said they would fix the cracks. After my initial call with them, Resindrives have just ignored my calls and emails. I then contacted the Insurance Company listed in the Warranty to claim a repair thru the insurance backed guarantee but was told that it is only valid if Resindrives goes into administration. If they are still trading, you cannot claim against the insurance backed warranty.
