I had work done at the end 2018 they needed to come back in the better weather to finish it ,I have been phoning week after week now day after day at first they said we will be out but no one turned up, I can’t even get them to answer the phone in customer service, but try phoning sales phone answered straight away but the guy hung up when I started telling him the problems, that says it all.
I really don’t know my next move ,Trading Standers is an option. Stay away from this company as there is nowhere to go with any problems.

Impressive. The resin was laid without fuss and the fitting team were extremely professional. The job looked immaculate when finished.

My drive has major dips, patchy areas of loose gravel, covered with moss. My husband and I have been calling and messaging for at least 18 months. The last 6 months I have been chasing constantly, as they never call back or call when an appt is booked and when they don’t turn up, I have to chase again to find out why and chase for a new appt. Finally it was agreed by the director that they accepted liability under the warranty booked me in for today 19/8/2019, I did call last Friday to confirm they were coming out, and once again was told someone would call me back, but of course they didn’t. Had to take my mum to the hospital this morning so had a friend wait in for them, of course they didn’t turn up. Called 3 times 9.30, 10.15 and again when I arrived home at 11.30 and they have now told me the team scheduled to do my drive are sick ‘REALLY COME ON’. Now waiting for a call back from Dave Johnson manager of installs, hope he calls! I will now seek legal advice as our warranty runs out in December! Please can this be sorted as I can’t afford to pay for another drive and it’s not safe to leave the large dips as they are.

Two years ago I was stupid enough to employ them to resurface my drive and path. From the management down to the installers and customer service I have nothing but contempt for this appaling bunch of cowboys. The work has still not been finished to my satisfaction. I have numerous holes appearing where water and frost have broken up the surface. and weeds are coming through.. They make promises that are not kept and will not complete the work. I have had two years of aggravation . DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GIVING WORK TO THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Absolutely delighted with the finished product and all credit to the workmanship. The site staff were excellent particularly as the weather was not conducive at times.

Get these people if you want the proper job. Would definitely recommend them. A bit dearer than some but well worth it I found.

The first time I looked into Resin drives as a project I called a company who had basically sold me a dream and delivered a nightmare.. I had been given the run around and both me and my wife were left disappointed massively. I called Resindrives.co.uk and was impressed firstly by Andy who was factual but not stuffy.. He was informative without being pushy and we went ahead. They were not the cheapest quote we had but was swayed by the quality of the company, product, experience and overall presentation. They fitted our new drive and we couldn't be happier. It looks stunning and well worth paying that bit extra. Top work all round guys.. Thanks very much.

Work was carried out without any problems, from preparing the area to finish. The finish looks very nice and with all the rain we are having on and off, there are no puddles, the water is just sinking away.

We initialled had a drive installed by the company 3 years ago. At that time I was more than please with the result and customer service. However as we had had an extention built we needed some extra work and also asked them to resurface the work they had previously done. The surveyor came round gave us a price and took a deposit. When they eventually did the work I was not satisfied with the work done in particular the resurfacing which was very patchy. I said I was not paying the balance until the work was completed to my satisfaction. It was agreed that i would pay £500 on account and they would return in spring this year to finish the work. I contacted them by email in spring, no reply. I have made several telephone calls with several promises that they would call me back straight away. No call back. I eventually spoke to somebody who gave me a date that they would clean the drive and then come two days later to complete the resurfacing. Two weeks ago they came and cleaned the drive but they have not been to complete the works. Again I have made several telephone calls with promises to call me back but no return call. I have now had looked into the companies financial position and I understand there is a winding up order against them. I therefore advise you not to use this company.

The bad weather in the North resulted in a three week gap, notwithstanding that in Anglesey the weather was fine and crew arrived the afternoon before our departure to France and we were unable to replace our pots etc.However I am delighted to advise you that the two operators were very professional they did an excellent job we are delighted with end result and have received many compliments as to the finished product

I would not go anywhere near this company. I am not able to comment on workmanship as, over 3 months after taking a deposit, nothing has happened - despite several phone calls chasing installation. It appears that they are taking on far more work (and taking deposits!) than they are capable of completing. I have today requested a full refund and, yet again, someone has said they will call me back. I'm not holding my breath! Luckily I have paid the deposit by Barclaycard so there should be no problem recouping my money if the company themselves do not call back. Very poor customer service, and awful communication.

We are so pleased with our new drive.We wanted low maintenance so decided on resin so glad we did it looks amazing.Resindrives.co.uk provided excellent service and advise, the work teams were friendly tidy and did an excellent job would highly recommend this company.

The neighbours side of the driveway was not completed in a neat way. I contacted customer services and was reassured that this would be rectified. The same was corrected to the satisfaction of myself and the neighbours. Otherwise a very professional job done by all the personnel. The driveway looks great and many visitors have commented the same.

Work on driveway took four weeks. Poor communication between the workforce and office staff resulting in many delays could have been avoided if they had delivered equipment when needed. Office staff failed to keep us informed as to what was happening. This was very stressful. I didn't like the way some of the staff spoke to us and demanded payment the moment it was completed. No one has ever been in touch to see if we were happy with the drive. I have since found out that we payed far to much for the job. I would not recommend this firm to anyone

Can't praise enough. ALL employees are smashing. Left the site in a lovely tidy condition. Would recommend always. Excellent job !
