The initial work was done well, although probably because it was contracted out to local workers. Since then, I have had a problem with a gap appearing between the resin and the blocks. I have been trying for five months to get them to repair it, only to be fobbed off with make believe stories of why they haven't been to do the repair. Numerous missed appointments, their 'customer service' department won't answer the phone and the guarantee they give is not worth the paper it's written on. Bunch of cowboys. Reading other reviews, it seems I am not alone in experiencing these issues.

My initial review was very positive as many are on this site but looking at the low scores, they all appear to relate to after sales service and I should have taken more notice of them. Slight cracking on my drive a few months after being laid, contacted customer service sent photos etc in Feb 2019 and here I am still waiting for some sort of reply. Too many phone calls and broken promises so I am writing it off to experience. If you are thinking of spending a lot of money with this firm be very careful because there is no after sales service whatsoever. If it doesn’t go right you will be very disappointed.

I can't praise Resindrives.Co.UK Ltd highly enough. They were exceptionally efficient. Arrived on time, worked hard and were very pleasant to deal with. The A team arrived and cleared the area, pressure washed etc then the Resin team arrived the next day to complete the installation. The result is wonderful, beautifully edged and really smart. Very pleased, thank you very much Resindrives for a job well done.

Our path looks great, it went down quickly and the workmen did everything as planned, however I was disappointed with the clearing up of the site, the workmen left lots of rubble on ours and our neighbour's garden. (which we had a complaint about) Also there were some issues over payment which we felt the team at resin drives could have been more clear about from the start. The office are very hard to get hold off, often no one answers the phone and when they do not always seem to have access to the information you need and it is hard to get to speak to the right person. I think the end product is great but just the communication of the team and the attention to detail on clearing the site could be improved.

We had a patio installed by Resin Drives in February 2017 we chose the colour carefully even visiting their showroom in Bradford where they have a display. The installation was completed but after a few weeks the resin changed completely in colour turning a horrible brown and orange. We contacted the company and someone was sent from the company and he had no idea why the colour had changed so dramatically. We spent months trying to resolve the issue with Resin Drives their after sales service is atrocious never returning calls, twice they were booked in to rectify the work and they didn't show up and then eventually told us that the colour change was due to the fact that a non UV resin had been used and this was a weathering process. This was never explained to us at the time of purchase and had we known the colour it was going to end up we would never had had it installed. They assured us that after the weathering period of up to 18 months the natural colour of the stone will show through. We are still waiting!!! It looks so horrible that we are having it taken up and replaced. Resin Drives are only interested in taking your money!!!

Only got 4 stars due to the initial communication mishap, ie: not notified at all about anything when they didn't turn up on the due date. They turned up, after quite a few phone calls made by myself, two weeks after the date agreed on.
However, they guys that did come and do the work required were totally outstanding. They were a great bunch of guys and did a better job than I thought would be done. I am so pleased with the work.
If it weren't for the initial snag it would have easily been 5 or more stars.

My drive looks very good. All the men cleaned up after each day. The main office kept in touch all the time informing me of what was happening.

We would like to congratulate the workforce, Gaz, Lee, Odie, Marshal,Dennis, and Karl for the most professional way they worked, they didn’t stop from the time they got here until the time they finished. We are so pleased with the fantastic drive, it looks amazing, We will recommend SUBLIME to anyone. Thank you, Pat & Dave

The end result of our Resin looks amazing and we’ve had so many compliments. However, the reason I’ve not given 5 stars is the lack of communication between Resin Drive and us. Due to the very bad weather, as resin cannot be laid in the rain, it had a knock on affect, and so from start to finish, what should have been a couple of weeks max, took over 4 weeks. Unfortunately it was me that had to keep ringing them to find out what was happening, and i was always told someone would call me back, but they didn’t, apart from Tony, who come the end did call and arranged laying dates etc.

Good in the end but frustrating to get there

The work carried out was found to be a high standard. Very pleased with the product. Would recommend to friends and family.

Waited about 3 months from 1st consultation and agreement before drive was started but once started both teams did a great job. Very pleased.

I asked the Resin Drives manager if the workman would come to do the job at 9.00am ,but came at 8.00am making loud noises,they never came to our door .The workman didn’t,bring his power wash,and he went away ,he came back with the machine .They started the job ,but the colour was wrong.They had to wait for 2hrs the right resin to be laid .The time to do the job should have been 8hrs but it took 12hrs. total MISMANGEMENT.The workmen were good ,and at the end our drive looks great !!

Very reliable guys turned up and did a great job. Very tidy as well.

I would certainly recommend Resindrive.co.uk for a very professional job from start to finish. The Ground Crew Chris & Carl were a great team and worked well doing all the dirty work and clearing all the old slabs,bushes,roots and soil from our path and drive. The same day the hardcore arrived and that was laid by the team. the following two days were taken up with the laying of the Tarmac and the edging stones around the edge of the pathway and drive.
The Resin team of Scott & Tom arrived on the Monday and were again a good team who worked well and a good job was done by them.
All the rubbish etc.was clean each day and removed by the teams.
Yes I would certainly recommend this Company for a job well done.

Largely satisfied with the work, there was a small area on a step which needs some resolving

I reported a large crack in the drive 4 months ago. Their customer care team have acknowledged the repair needs fixing but are not able to email or call with a potential date. Complete radio silence.
Not good enough given there is a 5 year warranty.
I have tried so many times to contact them. I am hoping they may now get in touch.

I am delighted with the work that was undertaken on my drive. It has totally transformed the approach to my house. I have had a combination of Yorkshire stone, gravel and resin and the overall effect is delightful. All the builders involved have been on time, polite, tidy and worked extremely hard. I did a lot of research before deciding to go with resin drives UK and some companies are a lot cheaper but having since seen some of the work undertaken by other builders I am so glad now that I went with resin drives as the finished drive looks fantastic
