Had out “pearl” resin drive laid 3 years ago. Repeated problems with discolouration and shading and parts lifting. Resin Drives have tried to treat the problem on several occasions without success.
Trying to get someone (other than sales!!)to answer the phone Is impossible. Key Staff turnover (Edward/Chris) seems high. Apparently the MD isn’t available and doesn’t get involved in complaints. I see no other solution other than to go legal.

Driveway laid some years ago. Non stop holes appearing and cracking. Absolutely zero communication from them. And letters/conversations promising to send a surveyor were not kept to.
Stay away! £6000 down the drain for us. This company is a shambles.

They have withdrawn their false allegation (or it was removed by trustpilot), but I have not received any apology or any customer service to remedy their admitted deficiencies!

Avoid like the plague. I had some resin laid in 2017 and started seeing faults within a month. I was phoning and leaving messages for months before they finally returned my call. They did eventually repair the faults but the repair didn't completely match the original resin.

Within a year the same faults reappeared, plus a few others. Again it was months of phone calls before they eventually returned the call and arranged to visit. On the visit I was told they'd received a batch of resin with too much acid in and it was possible that I had a batch.

They said they would carry out a repair in 6 weeks. 5 1/2 months later and numerous phone calls and emails I'm still waiting for the repair.

Once they have your money they don't care

Excellent service, would recommend to anyone, nothing was too much trouble, Luke an Steve did the Prep, no mess, worked non stop, next came Ryhs Luke an Ian, again excellent team, we are thrilled with the drive, had so many compliments

This company cannot be trusted. If you are considering using them please also be aware that they entered themselves into a CVA just a few months ago (CVA is a legally binding agreement with your company's creditors to allow a proportion of its debts to be paid back over time. 75% of the creditors, by value, who voted need to support the proposal).
Even though they wrote a letter to us saying they would replace our driveway (due to having using defective materials when laying the driveway) they never had any intention of repairing their work. After years of chasing ResinDrives we got nowhere and then after getting solicitors involved discovered they had entered into a CVA. We will be taking this matter further to inform and warn as many people as possible about. Do not trust this company.

I got a quote for my path to be widened and a ramp to the garden waited 5 months for my job to be done and then they cancelled! They wouldn't give me my deposit back and luckily I paid by credit card so they got it back for me ‼ So always use a credit card when dealing with this company in case the same thing happens to you!

Avoid this company like the plague. They installed a front and side drive way to our house. The bad workmanship caused damage to our property and they incorrectly covered a drain which causes severe damp to our inside walls. We have spent over £4,000 in repairs and Resindrives have ignored all attempts to resolve this. They are an awful company to deal with. The sales people are all confident and offer the world to you. The workmen are incompetent and the aftersales is non existent. This company appear to have problems and if their workmanship is anything to go by will not be around for long so beware use another resin company.

Great job done by the team. All went smoothly and on time! Very happy indeed.

A massive thanks to all the team for my fabulous new driveway. I am absolutely delighted with the finish and its even better than I expected. I can't speak highly enough of the company!

Whilst the install was good, I now have a problem with lots of patches appearing. The real problem is that they are not responding to e.mails, phone calls. Have spoken with a Mark Greenwood, Alistair in telesales twice. He twice told me it is in the hands of Tony Walsh, and today wrote to the MD Richard Cowan. So at the moment if you are considering using Resin Drives Bradford ( not to be confused with other resin drives). ask them why they don't respond when you have a problem.

Couple of hiccups due to weather but all in all very happy. Already been asked numerous times about our drive and would gladly recommend Resindrives.co.uk. Thank you to all involved.

Customer Services!!!! I don’t think they have one - never answer their phones and if they do - you’re always told the same - oh I’ll get them to phone you back

This company is not as they seem. I have found out that they entered into a CVA (creditors voluntary agreement) in August 2019. We were visited in September and none of this was disclosed to us, otherwise we would not have entered into a contract with them.
We asked resin drives to come and give us a quote based on the fact that their website was offering a finance deal. When we spoke to the sales person he told us they weren't currently offering it, BUT, they were in the process of getting it and that we should pay £500 to secure the price pending the finance deal. Days later we were told they were unable to secure a deal, so we asked for our £500 back as we would be unable to go ahead with the sale. They told us it would be a cheque refund and would be organised at the end of the month (september). My husband has been ringing almost daily since, often not getting through. The only telephone call being answered is for the sales team, who are unable to help. When my husband asks for a call back they are not doing so, despite their customer charter stating they will return calls within 24hrs. It has now been 6 weeks since they promised to return our money and nothing. We will not be using this company in the future when we can go ahead with the work required as they are not trustworthy or professional.
So much for the 12 sentence customer charter - they don't give a stuff!

Be very careful about using this company.
On 19th August they were served with a Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA).
This probably explains why I can not get any response from them via emails or phone calls. The phone number advertised,just go dead when attempting to call them.
We paid a large deposit to them on 12th September 2019 and as yet have not had any indication of when, or if, the work will start. We have now contacted our bank in order to try and reclaim that deposit. We are not hopeful!
We have decided not to persue our order any further as it looks extremely unlikely the works will ever get started and as there is supposed to be a 10 year guarantee on their works, we though it best to cut our losses now before it gets financially worse for us.

Contracted Resin Drives to complete some surface work and lay resin in the back garden. Deposit paid in May. They cancelled twice and now they’re ignoring phone calls and emails. Thankfully paid via credit card and now just waiting for the credit card company to refund my money. Dreadful company, awful service and they really aught to feature on BBCs rogue traders show.

While installation went well...

They chased me for the satisfaction note so that payment could be made. This was before they said it would be OK for the car to go on the drive. Then found car bottoms out when putting car on and taking car off drive, 5 months later all phone calls have been ignored and all promises to call and rectify have been broken. They make an appointment to call and then don't bother to come, no phone calls to apologise or anything. No customer service or care at all

This is my second customer review. I have read all the other bad reviews and they are all the same. Appalling after installation service. Four months after the installation, three letters, numerous phone calls I have yet to have anybody to call me and ask me what are my problems.
My mistake was to pay promptly and in full. I should have held 10% back until the faults became apparent and were repaired. My advice based on my experience. DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNTIL THEY HAVE CORRECTED ANY DEFECTS.

The whole experience of having our Resin Drive laid was very positive from start to finish. Tony in Bridgend was very helpful and kept an eye on the work carried out. We are very pleased and would recommend to anyone who is thinking of having this work done. Well done Resindrives we are two very happy customers.
