I’ve been using different products to make my face look younger with not to good results, spending a lot of money too. I trust Ganoderma and when I saw this cream I bought 3 bottles. After the first bottle I noticed a big difference in my face! People started complementing me. After my third bottle, definitely, I decided to continue with this amazing cream!

Singapore-based company drop-shipping sketchy products shipped from Guandong China who tell you to return the product to Malaysia to get your refund when it is not the advertised product you saw on the website registered in virtual offices in Reykyavik.

I have ordered an item on 4/29/2021 from company called { Blazed Macie } but the email from paypal says the purchase was made from Resilient Media Pte Ltd.
I never received the item and after almost two months of back and forth emailing with Blazed Marcie Customer Service person Nelly, they stopped even replying when I asked for the refund .
I tried to find this company but BBB can only help you if the company is located in US . I had no idea this company was outside of US ,
How can I get my money back ?
At least I would like to warn others not to order anything from them .

I ordered the product and when it did arrive, one bottle somehow had gotten damaged. I contacted customer service and they were extremely helpful. After I sent them pictures of the damaged bottle, there wasn't any 'we need more proof' and they arranged for a replacement to be sent out immediately. The customer service was beyond belief and kept in constant contact via email to let me know the progress of the shipping, etc. You can't ask for any better than what was provided. YOU ROCK!!!!

I ordered this product, and then when I thought it was suppose to arrive it didn't, so I reached out to their customer service and was given a wonderful response, they checked into why it hadn't arrived and where it was, then after that I didn't wait very long for it to arrive. Their customer service is awesome, so helpful and so nice to talk to

First and foremost, customer service is awesome. From first contact to delivery, I could tell that I was being helped by knowledgeable professionals! My order was being tracked by France post, then by German post, so it was a bit confusing at first. I received the updated tracking number, and was able to see what was happening!
Shipping was as noted, two to three weeks for Germany. Packaging was protective! Well done!
Now to the product.
The instructions are reminiscent of Ikea. There was some text, but it didn’t really help much.
After about an hour of playing around, I got most everything to work. Then I looked at a few online video reviews, and got the rest.
The camera is amazing, and my wife is thoroughly enjoying watching the bird feeder on her ipad.
I will now be ordering another one, so I can use it for its intended purposes!
Four out of five stars for the lack of good instructions.
Five star service, five star product!

Fantastic little bottle of Clary Sage oil. The packaging was so pretty. Imposed recycled cardboard. The smell is lovely when mixed with some lavender oil.

I purchased the product Asethe and started using it 2 weeks ago. I love how the cream feels on my skin. It's a cooling feeling. I've noticed how soft my skin feels and that my face has a glow to it.

Ordered BoatLux™ Docking Camera. Does not work, only a still image every +10s instead of a real camera what you need for docking a boat. Delivery directly from China. No answer to emails about complaint.

Ordered an Embroidery thread trimmer, they sent me a Shaver for cutting hair and shaving. Had nothing to do with embroidery as they advertised. They put the shaver in a box that was not even the one they advertised. They did not even accept my offer to return the shaver and give me a full refund. I will never ever use this company again.
