I ordered several items from Equestorian. The perfect position back brace, and ride pal holster. I love them both. 💗 I have seen a big difference with my posture after using it, and extremely comfortable. The ride pal was a must too as well. The holster belt, holds the leather pocket secured when i ride. It is locked in, and doesn't move. I was extremely pleased with it as well. I ordered these two items near Christmas time. The back brace came within a few days. The holster came in a bit later. I also could understand due to the overwhelming shipping during Christmas. When I was concerned about my order/shipment and needed a status on it, I got an email IMMEDIATELY! Now, when does that ever happen! What i learned, Equestorian care about their customer, at the time of purchase, and there after. Sold on Equestorian totally!

I live in Minnesota. I wore these at 5° and didn't need a coat just a Hoodie. I actually sweat enough for a toxin cleanse this am I out them on afterwashing ( laundry sometimes xhangeschigh tech fabric) to wipe snow off and start my carvin -21 windchill I WAS TOASTY WARM BRAVO

This review is for the Equestorian Back Brace. It is a fantastic design and very comfortable to wear while riding. I am thrilled with my purchase, and so are my shoulders and lower back. Wonderful product!

I am now happy with the product as I have used it on my skin with no ill effects. It is great in the atomiser too so no need to concern yourself.
The smell is amazing and does have a calming effect.

Got the package after the long hiatus from California airport. The first thing I noticed that the texture is light. Every night I applied and the skin felt smooth. It is easy to apply at nights.

Yes, I did receive the package and I have been using it for three days now and I must say it is a very interesting scent. You can be unaware of the results of any oil but this one is oil that works subtly. I am very impressed. However, one of the bottles, which I opened did not have a plastic insert to put drops in my diffuser. I am using a dropper. I just wanted you to know that.

In any case - STEER CLEAR!

I ordered a product and what was delivered was not the brand that I ordered (which I did for a specific reason). Instead they sent a product from some random Chinese company which did not contain the main active ingredient which drove my original purchase.

I had paid via PayPal so made a complaint and requested a refund there. They offered 30% and quoted T&Cs about you having to return the product. Frankly I can't be bothered with the faff to do that so I took the refund and will used the (inferior) product to what I had wanted. Or maybe I'll throw it out since it just annoys me that these people are allowed to "bait and switch" like this.

I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand. Lesson learned.

so my response is:

Too little too late.

You sent a far inferior product to what I expected and what I was promised via your website... and then a slap in the face with a partial refund.

The correct response is to not do false advertising. If you are sending some Chinese vitamin C serum then that is what you need to have on your website. Not saying you have something with Japanese YuZu in it when you don't.

And secondly, you should have offered a full refund. But you are fraudsters and liars.

I have put my review all over social media for all your various companies as a warning to others.

Shame on you.

You have the audacity to send me this response when I have emailed your company so many times!! Your company steals videos and sends out garbage. You use other people’s merchandise to display and then send garbage with not even instructions! I want my 144US dollars back!

I received your package today and and very pleased with that! I opened one of the bottles and this is the version of Clary Sage that I prefer.

I recently purchased solvent for removing decals from my model trains. The first bottle had been smashed. I contacted them and they replaced it, with much more appropriate packaging. It arrived today. I am so looking forward to trying this stuff out on some of my project models!
