Very long wait time. 2 months, 15 days.
Forgot about the order, got a bluetooth keyboard instead.

But they delivered. Got right key, hinge and cup.
Cup was not needed, as the previous cup was OK.

Tutorial video was really bad, looked at another guy on YouTube.

In contrast, the package was delivered from China. So the whole thing where they said that they were affected by the California fires and such could be just a big fat lie to cover what? Drop-shipping? Other country residence?

Why not say you're from China and ship through some mailing service?
Or say where your shipping source is and what wait times there are?

For people out there wanting a fast keycap fix you're better out buying a whole keyboard module from ebay or a local electronics seller.(40-50 USD)

i bought a single key for a hp omen laptop back in November. it arrived today over two months late after various excuses etc and i opted for a random key that would still fit (surprise surprise it didn't fit correctly, only one half of the key would fit and the bottom half was floppy)

Very poor service had ordered two keys December 15th 2020 they was ignoring all my emails till I filed a refund dispute via paypal once I hit submit to the dispute! Bam whatta you know they replied to me making excuses.

Yes I understand the pandemic / the fires in CA everyone is in my prayers! But it's not right to keep playing this excuse to keep my money when I don't have the keys.

And it stands the same I'm keeping the dispute open till I get a full refund.

Don't ever deal with this company they always ignore you until you file disputes, than try to make you feel guilty, And to top it off they're tending to forget the world revolves around all of us not just them.

"Update" replacementlaptopkeys.com took off trustpilot.com reviews go to their website now it shows fake 5 star reviews to coverup the fraud.

Still waiting on my paypal dispute to get my refund what a fraud of a company! Please anyone reading this take warning before buying from them! You will get ripped off as well no keys & making a dispute with paypal like myself as many others have.

My replacement laptop keys have not arrived, yet. I ordered 3 weeks ago. This must be the slowest delivery I've ever witnessed. They must be using USPS media delivery which is the lowest priority of any shipment, hence the delays.

I still do not have the keys. Exactly a month ago I paid $ 72 to get the keys asap. The delay is inexplicable and totally inappropriate.

I ordered 3 keys which cost me $66 Canadian on November 3rd, the only update on shipping was November 7th! They have not returned my calls nor my emails! I have contacted my credit card company to have the money refunded. Absolute crap company!

They fulfilled as requested - I was just addicted to speed and that’s not how this one works. Product received as promised and in great working order.

I ordered a replacement key on November 27, knowing I needed to make the repair and get my computer sent off to its new home by a certain date. After waiting 12 days for the key to arrive, it finally did, only to be missing the vital "hinge clip" piece that it was supposed to come with. I cannot do the repair without that piece.

After alerting the company and telling them I had found it elsewhere and to just refund my $8 purchase (including shipping), they told me they would refund $2.50 because that's their policy.

So, it's my fault they shipped me an incomplete repair kit? I should have to pay half the price of the item and the shipping to never receive what I actually needed?

Sure, they could spend 12 more days to mail me the missing piece (possibly, if they can get to their office because apparently they are evacuated due to wild fires) but I've then lost the chance to sell my computer that I had already arranged.

I don't think it's too much to ask to place an order, receive it in a timely manner, and for it to include what you purchased. Apparently, that is asking too much.

And then, it's asking too much to be refunded a whole $8 for the item/shipping that was useless because it was missing a part.

Just stay away from them.

EDIT; A package has arrived. Know what it included? A hinge.. I ordered an Asus ROG GL5O3V S replacement. I have all the photos to prove all of this too.. I wish I could give 0 stars!

I have been reading the reviews, I ordered my key on the 27th, and told shipping would happen after the Thanksgiving holiday. Totally understand. It was a bad time for my key to snap off. I paid the faster shipping because I have work to do, this is an important key. S is rather used quite a lot! I was given tracking, but its still just a label crated in system. It hasn't moved. I'm in the US, and priority mail doesn't take all that long. If it was sent Tuesday, it would have updated by now.. I'm really upset as I also don't know where to go for this key. Heck I only need the cap, actually.. I tried calling but all I got was a machine. I know others have waited a muuuch longer time, and I feel so bad.. if anything changes, I'll update, but for now it seems I'm screwed. I can't get a refund either or make a dispute as PayPal wasn't used. (Gift card). Dumb mistake on my part, I know... I understand about the pandemic, and fires, I get it, I am just bummed and really hope that it arrives soon...

I ordered the wrong number pad. Very quick response by customer service and they changed my order. I look forward to receiving my order. I do not regret purchasing at the company. I'm not bothered to wait a bit longer due to COVID. Ofcourse I know for one item one month or 2 months of waiting does not bother the waiting time because it is a long-term aesthetic item for my keyboard.

So, I order this over-priced single key for almost $30 thinking they at least have it in stock on October 28 and even get a "you're order has been shipped" email on Nov 2. Here I am on Nov 11th, no key. So i call the number provided which isn't even them, it's the shipping company... that lady was nice and told me that the only thing that has happened so far is the shipping label was printed! She then gave me the phone number for these scammers and you think you are going to get to speak to someone as their voice system will route you to their customer service rep. More B.S. and then leave a message. Needles to say, I left them a "message'

I had my doubts about using this company to buy replacement keys (specially international delivery) for my MSI GF75 laptop based on experience from other users but, nevertheless, I ordered two keys on the 4th November.

Received them today and installed them without any issues. 5/5 would order again.

They take your money and never ship the keys.

I never received my order, it should have arrived almost a month ago. I wrote them an email but didn't get any answer. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this site!

I ordered replacement keys for my MacBook over a month ago. I did not receive the order and when I tried to contact the customer service, there was no replay.
Don't buy there!

This is a poor experience and service.

• Not accepting returns due to covid: is a lazy answer. All retailers are doing this – how hard is it to disinfect a return, especially one that is small?
• Returns policy: not visible at all - watch out for it: no returns period
• Slow to respond – takes at least a week with follow-up
• Follow-up bad: does not address the questions I've asked
• Slow to process – had to follow-up to see where my shipment was

This company is ridiculous. I ordered the wrong keys by accident, took almost 2 weeks to receive and I live in the same state as the company. I bought the correct ones, with priority shipping got here in less than a week, so I paid $60 in total. It took almost a month to respond to my emails. They said they don't give refunds because "Covid can last in plastic for days, we don't want to risk our workers", like TF then why can't you just leave your returns in a quarantine area and then process when that time frame is closed. You don't see amazon declining returns. I sent a return of the first keys I ordered knowing I wasn't going to get anything back as a "FU here you go anyway". Your best luck is to pay for the correct keys with priority shipping and get them with no response from customer service...unreal.

sent wrong item, took forever to ship, didnt send tracking, never replied until i did a charge back through paypal, then they replied immedently asking me to cancel the paypal case and work it out.

They didn't send and neither refund my money back, just robbers
