Sent the wrong item and then ghosted me until I filed a dispute with Paypal. Then they won't even refund me the full cost of the shipping and the item. Just order elsewhere, this place is at best inept and at worst a scam.

Charged me , then informed me that they did not carry the correct key. Gave me options to either get another key (different alphabet) or cancel and get refunded. I asked for refund.
They've ignored my multiple emails and haven't refunded me either.

Took them a while, but after this review, they got back in touch and finally refunded me my money.

I was wary about ordering because of the mixed reviews on various sites, but since Paypal was a payment option I went ahead and tried it out.

My key shipped with no issues and was in new condition. Packaging was great and very secure. Will definitely buy from here again if I need more keys.

Time frame: I ordered on the 12th, it shipped on the 17th, and arrived on the 24th.

I have ordered a couple of keys from this company one month ago. So far, there has been no response. No email saying the product has shipped nor email stating they are back logged or some other excuse. I have not received any form of communication from this company. I have sent them two emails and have only received an automated message about the receipt of my message. Save your hard-earned money and precious time, go to a different website or company.

They send the package with USPS, the worst company to send package, they lost my package and i asked for help and they not even respond me. DON'T BUY AT REPLACEMENTLAPTOPKEYS.COM

Never received my item! There's zero customer service. I've contacted multiple times with no response. Absolute waste of time and money. This site is a scam!

Positive (most important): I ordered some laptop keys. The delivery took about 3 weeks (shipment from US to Europe), but all arrived in good condition.
Negative :
- they did not respond to emails that i sent with questions I had for more specific information on the product items.
- they could better inform on the estimated delivery delay, especially since it took a long time (3 weeks).

Never received item.

Don't buy from this site, I ordered in June and I never received my item order to this day. I contacted their customer support multiple times with no answer other than what the tracking shows, which has not updated. The reviews for the products on their site are based on approval only, that's why you see so many 5 star reviews, because those are the ones they only approve.

I hesitated to buy a missing laptop key looking at other reviews, but it was minimal cost. It took over a week to get to me via USPS, but they sent the correct O key. My laptop keyboard now has all its keys. I really like the pictures on the website of various key pieces which helped me identify the correct model key I needed.

it took a while to ship, but that may be because of quarantine and the pandemic. I ordered it July 6th and my order confirmed on July 7th and shipped on the same day. I received it today as of July 17th. The key feels as good as the other original keys and it was really easy to install. I also found it fairly easy to find which laptop key I needed to get. YAY for me!

Honestly I was a bit skeptical about buying from replacementlaptopkeys.com after reading some of the reviews. I knew my sister's college had ordered a key for her laptop and asked her if she knew where they ordered it from and she answered from replacementlaptopkeys.com. So I decided to order a key for my MacBook pro 2012. Their pictures and descriptions to order the key was easy and effective if you know your laptops model and can compare the way your key looks to their images. I paid for priority shipping, ordered on Friday and received today (Monday) , it took two days to get here! Very impressed ! It was the correct key, yay ! Went to their videos on how to install and was done within two minutes ! Give them a try you will not regret it.

Sigh. Nothing but problems with this shop. First of all: Shipment problems, took more than 3 months (and lots of emails) for the item to ship. Finally shipped, WRONG key. Weird, since the laptop model and keyboard image on their website is EXACTLY as mine. Apart from that, the quality of the shipped key is nothing compared to my other laptop keys. It feels/looks very cheap. Keys are original from the keyboard manufacturer? Like you state on your website? Nah, I don't believe that all.

They don't reply to my emails anymore. That's how you treat your customers? Companies like yours shouldn't be allowed to exist. Lucky for me I'm protected by customer law in my country, so I'll be able to get the money back. Good luck with your business.

I really don't understand why people rating bad against Laptopkey.com. While i am waiting for my order to arrive, read those bad reviews and felt like i wouldn't receive my order. I kept my hope and believed my order would arrive & knew that i have to be patience because the order has to come from US to NZ.

Received my item today in good condition and it is perfect fit for my Mac. Prompt response for my email from the customer service team.

My "A" key came off on my laptop and I wasn't sure what to do. After searching online I came across replacementlaptopkeys.com. I wasn't sure which key to buy and got overwhelmed so I decided to reach out to them via their website. They got back to me the next day, had me send them a picture of my laptop keyboard, instructed me which key to buy and I ordered it. I paid for the faster shipping. I believe I ordered the key sometime last week. It arrived today and was very easy to install. I am very pleased with my purchase. Even more so, I'm VERY pleased with the customer service and greatly appreciate their help!

I ordered a laptop key. I live in Denmark and the firm has its office in the USA. A month later I have not gotten my key. The tracking says the parcel has been delivered to DHL, but DHL’s tracking site says the tracking number is not correct. I have written an e-mail to Laptop Keys 4 days ago, but they have not answered me. I have written them again today. Let us see, if they answer or keep ignoring me. I would be hesitant to recommend the firm based on my experience this far.

trust the one-star reviews this site is a scam ordered a key paid for "to the door tracking" got some DHL tracking # and that's it.no package a week after it says it's in the country(but no to the door tracking) this site is shady... don't waste your time

I had to come back and change my review. After +60 days I recieved all the keys, perfectly packed.
I did get a refund through Paypal but I'll contact the company and apologise and pay for the keys.
It did take long time but I recieved everything I've ordered and works perfectly.
My apologies.

The D key came off my laptop and it is obviously a frequently used key so I really needed to fix it. I had 3 different people try to fix it and it just wouldn't click back on.
I searched for an hour or two trying to find a reputable source for a replacement D key. It was out of stock mostly and I was really iffy about purchasing it from replacementlaptopkeys because of their reviews on here specifically. However, I desperately needed my D key fixed so I took the gamble on ordering from them.

I had paid for the fastest shipping available. I reached out to the company via their email just ensuring that my key would be shipped promptly. They responded within the next day.

My order came in time. I had no problems at all.

I felt like I needed to write a review myself since I used this as a source in contemplating a purchase from this website. I do not know about other people's experience but everything was great for me.
