Prospective customers beware. If something goes wrong with your order you will not be helped. My item arrived well packaged but it was the incorrect replacement key. I contacted customer service by email and phone and had no response. Customer service is nonexistent and your issue will not be resolved in a timely manner if at all.

After two weeks I have received my order delivered to UK in a perfect condition

I ordered a replacement key from them in January 2021 and as of June 2021 still do not have it. They sent an email saying the item had shipped the day after I ordered it and gave tracking info. When I called the shipping company, they said a shipping label had been printed, but they had not yet been called to pick the item up. Phone messages and emails to the company have not been returned. Sad to see it go this way, I had done business with them two years ago and had a good experience.

I looked here because I'm not convinced this is a real company. They've had my money since early April and shipping label printed but no package picked up. I've emailed, I've called...

When I first needed keys it was a stressful time trying to find where to buy from but this website is amazing . As a student the pricing and shipping price is affordable and very helpful . The first time round I ordered my keys got lost somewhere in Heathrow ( however not the teams fault) once I noticed that the keys weren't coming I contacted the team and they were very helpful . They replied within an hour and in the course of about another month to sort everything out the keys were reshipped for free and this time they came in 4 days. I cannot thank the team enough you have helped tremendously .

So, I ordered the key and everything was fine, until I got an email saying that they were out of stock. They either said I could just get the key and not the retainer clip or cup, but I needed the retainer clip so they put me on a waitlist. A month or two later, it arrives, but the wrong key came. I emailed customer service and asked about the issue. They responded saying I ordered the key that came, with a screen shot 'showing that I ordered the key that came', when actually all it showed was what computer model number I ordered. I emailed them back, and they did not respond to my reply. I had to have PayPal step in for a refund.

I ordered my first key a while back, with standard (international) shipping before looking at this page.

As the tracking wasn’t updated properly and all the negative review I was starting sweating and losing hope to cleanly repair my old laptop.

Finally the delivery was made, alas I ordered the wrong key (different mechanics), so decided to give it another shot even without returns.

The second time tracking was correctly updated, and the key was correct, so the experience was way less stressful.

Now my laptop is like brand new and I’m globally satisfied with my orders, minus the first time when tracking was off so 4/5.

Please note delivery is slow – really slow if you pay for the standard delivery.

I saw several negative reviews. However, based on my experience, it appears replacementlaptopkeys.com has resolved their shipping issues. I ordered a laptop key for my ACER Aspire and received the correct laptop key within a week of it being shipped. Thank you!!

It has been 3 weeks and the key I ordered for my son has not yet shipped. The label was created according to their site. Their site claims the have same day shipping which if you read these reviews is a fraud.

They do not return emails, website messages or phone calls.

Ordered a replacement key for my Surface laptop, was sent a tracking number. After 3 weeks the package had not arrived, I checked the tracking number and the status had not changed from 3 weeks prior.

I emailed them to enquire and was informed that they did not have the key in stock. I was given the option of getting a random key or a refund.

I opted for the refund and was sent a screenshot of a webpage with the status set to refund.

I informed the company that if the money was not returned within 24 hours I would contact my credit card company.

They did not return my money, I therefore contacted my credit card company and within 24 hours had my money back.

I ordered a replacement keyboard for my hp omen 15 dc1088wm that cost me $1000 and I've had it less than 2 years. The keyboard replacement never fully worked properly. The keys worked fine but the backlight would only light up on the left portion of the keyboard. The next morning after the keyboard was installed the laptop refused to power on like it was dead. I plugged in the charger and eventually I got a blinking caps lock. After searching and buying replacement for other components for a month thinking it would fix the problem. I finally got help from Hp who explained my motherboard had blown out. I can't believe buying this product resulted in me not having a laptop at all. I should've just continued using it without the keyboard. Smh

After ordering in Jan 2021, it took over a month to receive from California to Alberta. Then when we received the keys, they did not fit. Support pretended to try to help and promised to send out new keys but then they stopped replying altogether. Do not order from them. Ordered keys for a white Dell XPS 13. Wasted $70.

If I could leave a ZERO STAR review I sure would! I placed an order for multiple keys a month ago. They created a shipping label and my product was never sent to the post office. I have left a dozen voicemails and have now send vulgar emails since my nice ones got no response. Now to call my bank to get the money back. I hope everyone looks for the reviews before buying from this FAKE COMPANY!

Horrible customer service not response to phone calls or emails. Ordered my key 3 weeks ago and got a confirmation that it shipped 2 weeks ago no product, no response, no service. AVOID!!

They clearly state a "Free Return" policy on their website, but then turn around as soon as you try to get a refund. I was sent the wrong keyboard keys for my 14-inch Asus Vivobook, and now they won't even answer my emails anymore or return my calls. I would avoid buying from them.

I recently experienced an appalling lack of customer service from Acer and Curry's to help resolve an issue of a missing key from a new laptop keyboard. Thankfully replacementlaptopkeys.com saved the day. I am in Scotland and can't praise their services highly enough. Highly recommended! Puts the big guys to shame. Thank you!

I requested a simple change to my order, and they didn't read the email (at their primary address) for over 10 days. Avoid this scam outfit at all costs.

Bought a key for my macbook pro and it got delivered 13 days after i bought it and live in the netherlands so if you want keys for laptops go to this site

I bought a key at the beginning of 2020, it took quite the time to arrive but that's not even the problem here. I ordered the wrong key so I proceeded to send it back and ask for the refund. This was in July. I sent the key and never heard of it again. In December, after many emails and excuses, I finally was told that they sent the refund, but it never came. Its 30-01-2021, received an email saying "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I will follow up your refund.", still didn't receive the money and I'm ready to send more emails in the following months. If you order the right key and are lucky enough to receive it then great, but I don't advise you that.

Didn't fit and had to open a case with PayPal, never replied on the dispute so I got money money back. Avoid.
