Scam company - beware!

Ordered keys in Aug, they said they were out of stock and provided some options (so seemed legit) but never heard back from them and followed up 3 times til Dec and have not heard back.

This company never responded my e-mail and no call back from my phone message. They sent me the e-mail for the tracking and that tracking number never got confirmed by USPS.

Fake company, ordered and order was confirmed in October. Nothing shipped. All communications ignored. They even ignored a BBB complaint. Non existent customer service and no items ever shipped or received

This is not a legit business, I ordered 11/13/21 and I haven't received anything, I received an email stating a label has been printed 10 days after ordering, but no shipment. I have made numerous phone calls and emails with no answer. Do not waste your time.

I now believe "Replacementlaptopkeys" is a scam and not a ligit business. I placed an order November 12 2021 and over one month has passed, (12-21-21) and no product was received. I have sent numerous e-mails, telephoned several times, (was never able to speak with any person), left nessages with no response of any kind. Do not waste your time with this scam company.

Terrible customer service. They just ingore your messages. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work and I don't even know if my order has been shipped or prepared. They did charge me very rapidly

Their customer service is super bad. I was sent the wrong product so I reached out to support for a refund or the correct product shipped to me. The PH315 52's S key is supposed to have a clear perimeter instead, they sent me the older version of the laptop key which was red. It's been a few days and still no response. Their shipping time is also very inaccurate. It takes way longer than advertised. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. But for those brave souls that are willing to buy off of them, it's not a scam website you do end up getting your overpriced product.

I was worried about the bad reviews, especially when my key wasn't shipped after 1 week, and I regretted not checking this site before buying. I emailed the store who gave me a tracking number with a shipping label created but it was only shipped like 1-2 days later. I received the product without issues, but the deduction of 2 stars is because the processing time is a lot longer than stated on the website.

I can safely confirm every bad review about this company. I ordered my replacement key on October 20th. It's now November 5th, no news. Tracking info stopped dead on Oct 23rd when it arrived in Vancouver Canada. I live in Toronto.

Again, it's now the 5th of November.

When I tried to figure out what was going on, ReplacementLaptopKeys ignored me. When I tried to get extra info via the tracking number, the shipping company (USPS) said they do not allow for more information on the level of service that was purchased.

So, NOBODY knows where my package is. Not a single person. What an awful experience.

Fake company. It's a total scam. I've waited more than 3 months and emailed many times...and still haven't received my order. The tracking info says it's not even shipped.

I ordered a right arrow key for a Dell laptop. I sent an email after a week asking for a status which received no reply. HOWEVER, after 14 days I indeed received the key I orderd. I am satisfied with my order.

My purchase was placed for 3 weeks and I paid the shipment expenses while waiting to receive my order, but there was no update. I tried to contact the seller via email and by contacting them directly, but they did not react. So, after I wanted and researched this firm, I discovered that there are numerous cases of this company's agents having the same unpleasant experience.

Horrible service!
DO NOT BUY HERE. I have purchased keys for my laptop, they have informed me that they delivered the items, few days later they realized that it was a mistake. They asked me more information about my purchase and finally dispatched the items. It's been almost 2 months since the purchase and I haven't received the items I bought. The tracking service does not provide information about where the package is, it seems a scam. When I contated the company, they have mentioned that the items were dispatched and that's all. They behave like they do not have responsibility over the crap courier service they use for delivering. Their service is very disrespectful, I'm feeling very stressed and outraged by their behavior.

The ordered keys never arrived. When I asked them to follow up they sent me a tracking code -- which was fake. The company they said was handling the shipping said "this number isn't one of ours". A nice guy at my local post office check and confirmed that the package never arrived in this country as claimed by Laptop Keys. THEY ARE CROOKS!

Ordered a key for a customers laptop, but it did not fit. I contacted the company with pictures of the correct key to help them identify the key properly, and they never responded. I didn't even request a refund, I just asked for help in ordering the correct key, and they can't even bother to reply. My advice is to not order from this company. Our company will not be ordering any more keys from them.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

This place is a borderline scam. I got shipped a broken key. I don't know how they screwed that up. They had one job... 18 USD for just one key, and they shipped a broken one. So I reached out to them, and they replied 4 days later saying that they'll send me another key. It's been 10 days since then, and they still haven't even shipped it out yet. Looking at other reviews here, I don't think they'll ever ship it out. But it doesn't end there. Isn't it funny how all the reviews on their website are 5 stars? Well, I tried writing a review on their website and as it turns out, they manually check every single review and cherry pick the ones they'll put on their website. So they proudly advertise that they have 100% customer satisfaction, when in truth it's all "fixed". What a way to scam people into buying from their website. Buy from ebay or somewhere else if you can. I've learned my lesson for the cost of 18 USD.

I ordered a replacement key. I received an email telling me that it had shipped. Then I got another email telling me the first email was sent in error, that the key was not in stock. I was given several alternatives - wait, accept a different color, refund. I asked for a refund and - as promised - I received a paypal refun in 48 hours. I would have waited for the key to come in stock, but all the negative service reviews made me nervous.

Placed an order and have sent 3 emails and 3 website queries regarding my order but have not heard back from them. This lead me to do a search and find all these bad reviews from this company. I will now be going to PayPal to seek a refund. Steer clear of these crooks do not buy anything from them. I will be happy to update this review if they suddenly contact me however I’m not holding my breath.

Received the incorrect keys even though we ordered correctly. Company asked for images of keys and hinges so they could send correct keys, with 50% discount on the new order. We were not prepared to pay again as we knew we had ordered correctly. Customer Service was slow but Laura was helpful. They did send the correct keys eventually without any additional charges. We did put a complaint in via PayPal resolution centre, after reading terrible reviews we thought we would never receive the correct keys but surprisingly we did, hence I have now closed the complaint. From date of order until correct delivery it took almost 11 weeks from USA to UK. My recommendation would be that if you need to order make sure you include specific exact details of your laptop/keys and keep a record in case there are any issues. They did come through in the end thankfully.

I just have received a replacement key for my Logitech MX Keys after 2 weeks in France.
It's match perfectly with the keyboard.
