I made an order on January and now April haven’t received anything yet. The order seems to be in transit with an unknown company. I have emailed them multiple times and I haven’t got any response from them. I feel that I wasted my money and time. Don’t waste your time and money too, Just buy from somewhere else!

WORST Site to deal with! DO NOT waste your time OR $; They simply will not answer their phone or your emails for help.

Do not order from them!!!! 5 days after I ordered I realized I hadn’t gotten any information so I emailed them and they told me they sent out the order and put a future date for the send out date then that day I checked the usps site which says they JUST printed the label when I contacted them and now they won’t send out the order and it’s been another 5 days they won’t return my calls or email! Just stole $50 from me

I am a computer tech in London, ON and ordered a "W" key for a client's laptop. This company didn't ship the key for 1 week, then after 2 months, they sent the wrong key! They don't reply to emails, slow service, and are unreliable. Why wouldn't you choose someone else?

Unfortunately like others have written/stated this company has very very VERY poor customer service.
I ordered 3 keys to which they charged 8US dollars for postage to Australia which infact only cost them 50c. The keys were the wrong size for my keyboard so I emailed them to explain the situation to which they did reply and asked for photo proof of keys/clips sent and of keys/clips on my keyboard. So I did as they asked and sent photos of the keys/clips of both. They were all measured with a digital caliper and shots were taken of sizes. Clearly in photos you can see the keys were the wrong size but anyway I sent through the photos and that is where this story ends. I have contacted them twice since I sent in the photos but have not had any replies. I purchased the keys on 5th Nov 21. I can only recommend to anybody wanting to use this Company DONT.
You may think your getting a deal but if the keys are wrong you basically threw your money away.

Sent wrong key. No one bothered to reply to multiple emails, answer phone calls, or return a voicemail.

Unorganized, unresponsive, horrible service. A week after I placed my order, I still hadn't received a shipment tracking number, so I contacted them. I was told their "shipping system had issues," so my order hadn't been shipped. Another week later, I finally received my replacement key. The key did not fit my MacBook Pro model even though it was listed on their website as the correct size/type key to fit. There were 0 instructions provided with the product or on their website. I called, emailed & messaged replacementlaptopkeys.com requesting to (at my expense) exchange for the correct key to no avail. Currently, a month later, I still haven't received a response from the company. Luckily, I was able to find a much more capable, professional retailer via Amazon to provide the correct replacement key to fit my laptop - guidance, instructions, and superb customer service provided! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from replacementlaptopkeys.com.

Sent the order two weeks after they recieved my payment. Non original parts, hinge did not fit, the key was too small.

They sent me the wrong keys twice. They did reply to my first email and asked for a photo of the ones they sent alongside a correct hinge. I sent that a few weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since, even when I emailed again to follow up and ask for a refund.

Terrible service don't respond to emails if there are any problems. The replacement hinges and keys don't match my dell laptop. Sent them an email about it got no response back. It's a massive gamble with these guys whether the replacement keys will fit.

I ordered caps lock button of asus rog strix. I stay in UAE and it took aroung 20-30 days for package to arrive because i choose lowest money for shipping this to me. Main topic : Button was shipped perfectly in bubble wrap package. Everything is okay 👍

I ordered replacement keys but my order never shipped. Days after I ordered, I received an email from them telling me that part of my order was out of stock and they gave me three options. I replied with my choice but never heard from them again.

I should add that I ordered from them a couple years earlier and actually received what I ordered but not this time.

Zero communication.
Delivery took 1 month longer than it should have.
I got a wrong collored key for a different model.
I had to pay twice for shipping.

its either a scam or a really poorly run company, dont be like me, dont assume that your expirience will be different even tho you read all the bad reviews.

Much like the others I ordered and a week later it still hasn't shipped. Tried to call them with nobody answering and emailed twice without response. Stay away!!

Looks like my experience is consistent with others. I ordered a replacement key on 12/1/21, order shows printing label but that's it. No responses to multiple emails and phone calls. :(

I ordered a replacement letter G for my Acer Aspire 5 A515 56G back on 11/22/21(Order # 62643) I received an email stating that more order was shipped on 12/01/2021. They provided a tracking # and created a label but my order was never shipped. I have contacted them and have received no response. This company is a scam. They will gladly take your money and never send the part you ordered. Buyer beware!

It is a scam. Got confirmation; called and emailed multiple times for status update. No response. I am making every effort to locate them and then file a suit in small claims court.

AVOID THEM! I paid for the product, got confirmation and shipping info. All was fake. They stole money. No email respond. This is totall scam. Well build to give you impression that you buy missing keyboard keys - but still this is scam to get your money. Nobody answers emails, no product, no shipping.
