I placed a order for MSI laptop keys replacement back in July. Haven’t received my order yet. Paid over $30 dollars. This company appears to be a scam. Stay away!!

Other reviews are completely true. They don't have the item and then message you options. No response or updates since the last week of July 2022. First week of Sep 2022, still no response. I left three voice messages, one for each week, and three email messages from company email address and a company gmail address. No response. We worked with them once before and it went well last year. What happen now?!

I don't know why everyone is writing only bad review. When I ordered from them and only after read all the reviews I thought it's a scam and I've wasted my money. PayPal did a refund for me and i forgot about it. But what a surprise it was when the keys actually came to me via mail! It's just as I ordered, with mechanism and exactly for my keyboard, so in fact I can't complain at all.

The worst, item has taken almost a month now and still it’s not had updated tracking? I’m so amused by a fake company! I want my money back! They don’t respond to any messages emails or support tickets.

Well, I got the item but guess what, it wasn’t even for the right keyboard they displayed on their website! Don’t bother purchasing from these ignorant people, their one job is to get a key and send it to you, but they come from China! And they don’t send the right things! So glad I got a refund through PayPal!

Terrible customer service, they do not reply to your emails, They sent out my order and parts where missing.

I took off the keycaps to do a deep cleaning on my 11'' MacBook Air (A1465) and broke the letter "O". I ordered one kit (AC06) from Replacement on July 21, received a shipment update with a USPS tracking number on July 23, and got the package on July 27.

I'm more than happy to see the outcome: the kit fits my laptop perfectly and gives it a new life. The keycap is secure in its place, and I can't tell any differences in the look or touch between this kit and the original one.

It's easy to find the right keycap(s) and offers several shipping options. The price is rational, and the package arrives on time.

I ordered 3 keys for my macbook pro 2017, followed the video but it didn't work, the keys provided don't fix for long, they are completely useless !

And, even worse, one of the keys was the wrong one.

Tried to contact them several times, no response whatsoever.

After this I searched about reviews about this company and there are many people with the same complaints.

I made an order with them in march and got an email that said it shipped, then got another email that said it was an error and they didn't have the part in stock. They gave me 3 options to rectify the situation and they didn't honor any of them and no one is responding to emails or phone calls. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I don't even think they are in business. I have emailed and called every day, multiple times a day.

It says on their website that they return emails/calls same day, but that is a joke.

I never received product even there was shipping number. No response from the CS email and no return back call too.

Ordered a laptop key. they sent an incorrect key, requested for return & refund. Its been more than 6 months. no response.

Scammers!!! Allready waiting for 7 weeks for a key.
No service, they never response on emails.
Lost of time and money.
They Stole me for 29€.
I ordered the same key on another site. I received it in 3 days with a perfect delivery with tracking.

I wish I would have gone here before buying anything from them-I too bought a one "W" for a laptop-so far 2 weeks, no response, called left messages, sent multiple emails-NADA. Ordered from another site out in Henderson, NV-piece (peace) is on its way. If they would have answered any of the communication and said there was a delay, I would not have gone here to rate-I can't stand not knowing.

I ordered 3 replacement keys from this site on March 18th. Its now 7th June and I am STILL WAITING. I have emailed them multiple times and have NEVER once heard back. I spent USD 30 and at this rate have just written it off, I dont expect I will ever receive or hear back - just wanting to warn others.

I paid nearly $25 for an Alienware laptop replacement key. It's been a full month and ZERO fulfillment.
They have no customer service department. You cannot contact them. Their 800 number goes straight to an answering machine. I've attempted to contact them by both email and phone over six times. Over the course of a month. No response.
Turns out this is a Chinese business. Good luck getting anything out of them.
Don't trust this site. Do not trust the "100% satisfaction guaranteed!" claim.

Absolute Scam and a Garbage Company

NO customer service at all, an absolute scam. I used their question form to ask about key compatibility and didn't get a response for a month. Then I emailed them directly and waited another month.
Since I needed multiple keys, I foolishly thought I'd try a test order in the hopes that I would get the right key after all. The order, of course, went through immediately. The *only* positive part of this experience is that my order shipped out relatively quickly, which seems to be a stark contrast with most other reviewers.
Turns out I was right the first time and the key did not fit my laptop, so I emailed them about possible solutions. That was two months ago.
Absolute garbage company and a complete scam.

I've ordered a "Right Arrow, MSI GS66" key and that is what I got.

I see quite a few 1-Star reviews here, but unlike in those, I got the correct product, the order arrived within an acceptable time interval, and the customer service (through email) is polite, helpful, and quick to respond.

I did experience a delay, but that was due to Customs and not the Seller.

As stated in other reviews, the tracking number you get from the website does not work as well as the international tracking number you can get through customer service. Perhaps they could use that on the website instead? It did not bother me too much, though.

Completely fraudulent website. After you order, they will write an email informing you that they don’t have what you ordered and give you 3 options to proceed. Once you reply and let them know that you want refund, they will just ignore you and never respond again. Your only option at that point is putting a claim to PayPal or your credit card.

I have ordered LG slim folio key and they succesfully shipped it and it fits perfectly. However They do not answer emails in time and this poor communication results in customer suspicion. The shipment takes nearly two weeks

After buying a key from these guys for a broken number pad 0 key on my Logitech MX keys Mac, and reading these reviews on Trustpilot that they are a scam (after paying for the key..I know, I should have looked at reviews first), I was skeptical if I was going to receive the product at all!

I wrote an email to them finding out the progress of my product, they replied back (took them a few days but they replied back nonetheless) and they fulfilled the product.

I see all these bad reviews on here, but I received my key, it fits my keyboard perfectly and I have a fully working keyboard again.

I gave 4* because after paying for the product, I was kind of left in the dark unless I reached out by email. If I knew where my product was after paying, I would have given 5* (granted, it’s not a big company so I can’t expect the world off these guys)

Finding replacement keys online for a broken one is not easy! Okay granted, they’re not Amazon where I can get same day/next day delivery, but at least this company provided! I think we should cut them a little slack and be a little bit patient with them, and I’m glad I gave these guys a chance!
