11 months later i'm still waiting for a key or a refund

After two months I'm still waiting for something that was said would take 1-2 weeks. I don't believe I'm ever getting the key

I have previously ordered from this site 3 other times with no issues at all. Well now I received one. I ordered 7 laptop keys and received only 6. I sent them numerous emails which they did not respond to and would not make it right by sending me the missing key or refunding the cost of it. Believe all the bad reviews. I didn't cause I never had a problem. Well they don't respond to emails and their site says they respond to emails usually the same day. There are other companies that sell laptop keys that would be glad to have your business. AVOID this place.

order Aug 2022 and its not Oct 2 months after tracking has no updates. trash company.

so I ordered an e key for my laptop because it was almost about to break and I went to this website and ordered an e key, but 10 days later it didn't shipped,
this website is a straight up scam don't trust it

The very worst. My order arrived 20 days after I placed it. Wrong item was sent. I sent them an email. No response. Then I left a voicemail on their customer service number. No response. It's been 45 days now. My only choice now is to reverse the charge on my credit card. STAY AWAY

I ordered a key that couldn't find in any other page (for a Dell inspiron 15 7000 gaming, red) 8 days ago. Despite the estimated delivery day, I got my key 3 days early. It's exactly what asked for.

It was delivered to Miami.

They don't answer or return phone calls, same with email.

Terrible! No customer service. I ordered a 3-pack of OEM Lenovo trackpoint caps, got a 1-pack of non-OEM caps with wrong hole size. Sent three emails, left 2-3 messages with customer "service," no response. Finally I gave up, requested a refund from PayPal, and ordered direct from Lenovo. Waste of a lot of my time for what should have been a simple order.

Same as others here.
Emailed several times to check I had the right keys, before ordering, with no response. Took a chance and ordered anyway, paid for 'express' shipping with tracking to door. Tracking stopped once in my country and still has not arrived, again emails unanswered. Got an almost instant refund from PayPal, making me think they must deal with this company's refunds a LOT.

If you take the gamble, at the very least use PayPal so you can get a refund.

Scammer! Never received my key. Emailed them twice, and contacted their website - no response. Look elsewhere, you will get ripped off here!

Took a little while to process the order and ship ( a little more than a week) but shipping was very fast even for the basic level! Got the key intact, and it seems to fit in my Asus laptop for now. Would purchase again.

Ordered keys for a specific laptop, got the wrong keys, then no reply after several attempts of reaching them.

Laptop keys were sent from United States to Europe. I had to pay important fees because they have marked the item as GPU, which meant it automatically got screened by customs.
Customer support is really poor. Sent them a message, week later there was no reply.
While there were not many alternatives, I would choose AliExpress rather than this, at least they know how to send and properly mark items, so there would not be fees of 16 euros for 15 dollar item

Scam, do not buy. I bought Asus keyboard and it was never shipped. sent many messages no one replies.

Ordered a key, which appears to have been shipped out the next day. However, it's been "Tendered to Postal ServiceLax usps isc" for three weeks. Have emailed customer services three times and just getting ghosted.

Shortly after buying a key from their website I got an email “Your order has beed shipped” with a tracking number. I ordered the key to Europe so I was expecting it to take 10-15 days as they claim on their site. After a month message on tracking number was still the same “package in transit with ePost global”, so I messaged them with a question who exactly is responsible for delivery (there was a lot of weird delivery company names in their emails and I wasn’t sure). I got a message that there was and error, my key isn’t shipped yet, and they will ship asap. After few days I got another email saying that they don’t have the key because no one is producing this kind of key anymore!!! I got 3 options, only a refund makes sense to me so I choose it, but seeing other comments here I’m afraid I won’t get one

I ordered a key. I got that key. It fit my PC. I am happy.

Thiefs. They will not ship your order and wont answer any communications

So It took me 3 buys to realize they can NOT get your order right. I have a Lenovo Y740 Legion 2080 Max Q Laptop and I've been requesting them to give me the "W" and "DELETE" keys, I made sure to look at the picture they show you and picked the accurate key name/size and for the 3rd time they have failed to get my order correct, they keep on sending me an older lenovo legion Y540 keys, smaller and different..

I've tried reaching them by email --> No response!
I've tried reaching them by phone -->Left Voice Message --> No Response!

So it has led me to believe they aren't a very trust worthy company. They can surely take your money and tax you and they will take 5-6 business days to even ship and then 5-6 more days until it gets delivered.

So from my experience, Don't waste your money, Instead, just invest on a USB/Wireless Keyboard from now on, that's what I use mainly a Left handed side keyboard instead.
