This is not a trustworthy website. Delivery did not go through and there was no reply when contacted multiple times.

Received the order and installed my replacement key. They key did not have a proper fit--key was in a pressed-down position. I sent an email on 1/4/23 with photos. No responses. Do not purchase from this company!

It has almost been 2 weeks since I placed an order and I haven't heard anything from the scam artists. At this point I would just like my money back

Zero communication. Will not respond to phone or email. Horrible company. Two weeks later they just randomly sent an email that they don't have it. No refund yet.

Ordered 2017 MacBook Pro replacement keys. I received the wrong items which did not fit. The spacebar that I ordered was used and still had the old adhesive. The butterfly mechanism had broken tabs. Customer service was non existent. I will never order from them again.

On 12/18/2022 I ordered a replacement key for an ASUS laptop. I needed one key replaced that sticks because the hinge is broken. The laptop was intended as a Christmas gift. I paid for USPS First Class Mail (2 - 6 Days) w/Tracking.

The website clearly states "[We are] still are trying our hardest to get all orders out within 48 hours with the exception of weekends and holidays."

On 12/28/2022 I received a shipping notice that the replacement key had shipped, 10 days later. 12/19 - 12/23 was a full week without holidays, 5 full business days, when the order could have shipped but did not.

1/6/2023, I received an email saying my order was NOT IN STOCK and to IGNORE the notice I received that the order had shipped. What?

The company offered a set of hinges and cups for they key, to be put on backorder (with a 25-35 day wait time), or request a refund. I requested a refund. The refund has yet to be processed.

Don't bother with this company. If you are looking to repair a laptop, especially on a timeline or for a gift, find what you need somewhere else or you may never receive what you order.

Order never arrived. Tried contacting customer service but no reply there either. Ive given up now. DO NOT buy from this website.

As I have seen other reviews about this website claiming it being fake which is not true. This website is legit, but the they are horrible. They will take your money and send you the wrong items. I purchased F4 key for blade 15 2020, and they sent wrong key for the wrong laptop. Do not give them your money, your best choice is quikfixlaptopkeys.com which are legit and will sent the right items in a timely manner

Got my order in, wrong parts. I tried to reach customer service but never got an answer.

No delivery and no response to multiple attemptsto contact. Total scam.

Have some problems, didn't get my laptop keys, but at least they pay my money beck.
My advice: before buying, connect via e-mail and ask is your item available!

1) 3 weeks and no key delivered. Shipping status shows paper work submitted but not shipped.
2) 4 calls to them, no one answered.
3) Left 2 voice messages, no return call as promised.
4) emails were responded to. 1st to say there was a problem with the system and they will ship the key immediately. After 3 weeks and no shipment status update, I asked for update or cancel. They responded via email that order was canceled and would take several days to appear on credit card.

Ordered 11/16/22, shipped 11/18/2022 (allegedly). A tracking number was sent to check order. Third party shipper never picked up the part. I have sent five emails and left three voice messages and have had no response. This company is a scam, it appears

Scam this place doesn’t exist it’s a scam and I had to call my bank to get my money back. Customer service doesn’t exist oh and the price was higher when I checked out it was low then I saw they took five dollars extra out. Be weary

I placed an order for a Dell Latitude 5401 laptop ‘G’ key (order #698353) but the key I received did not fit. I assumed I ordered the wrong key type so I reached out for assistance. This company's website explicitly states they are available to help selecting the correct key for your laptop. I sent them multiple emails with photos of my keyboard and left multiple voicemails at their 800# that never gets answered regardless of the day or time you call. After weeks of being totally ghosted, I chalked up my experience to a lesson learned and hope to help others avoid this company. You will likely have much better luck finding what you need and the help to determine what you need from someone on eBay. This company is a total fraud!!

I order a zephrus g14 2021 version's key, it came a week later, it fits on my keyboard, but it is of a different colour, definitly not from the original keyboard, but it works.

A freind of mine ordered keys for a Logitech G810. They sent him some flat keys for another Keyboard.
He did write back to tell them about their mistake and they have been ghosting him since then. Very unprofessional.

Where do I even begin?

- Overpriced
- No updates on shipping after the day of purchase
- Never received my item
- Could not get ahold of any customer representative by email or by voice.
