Awful. Sent the wrong keys. Acknowledged their mistake but offered me no refund or replacement.

These people don’t know how to communicate. It’s been a week since they supposedly shipped my key, and oddly enough, USPS’ website says they still haven’t even STARTED shipping this. It looks like they don’t even have it. No response from the website when I say anything. I’m giving it some time, but I’m disgusted, and come Wednesday I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card unless they get back to me with an explanation or I get my key. Sure, they’re changing warehouses, but that doesn’t mean treat your customers like absolute trash in the process and ignore their inquiries. Answer your customers when they have concerns or be prepared to lose business. It looks like they’ve already soiled a lot of people’s faith in them. I’m about ready to just go without because that’s preferable to dealing with this supposed business. I wish I’d seen this website before placing an order.

Ordered 3 different keys from this place as I have ordered before, until even now I haven’t gotten a response from either call or email.
I’d like to clarify they USED to be good in terms of delivery as I got a different order before so this is why I trusted them.
I’ve written over 4 emails ( at least) and tried to call over several times to no avail.

As such I was desperate and tried to email their representation for School Districts and Marketing. However, the domains either do not exist, or aren’t receiving emails as they are sent to my outbox. Their call center is an automation that will “call back as soon as possible.” I’ve waited months for at least a single response (it is now from January to March), and I haven’t received one, and I didn’t get my keys either.

My suggestion is to look elsewhere, until they completely fix their system.

Order keys from them on 4-02-2023. I haven’t received anything not even a response. I don’t understand people that just flat out steal from honest people that want there businesses

This company a joke. I ordered a replacenent key for my notebook and after TWO WEEKS they sent me an email that they don't have this model but they can ship a RANDOM key instead. RANDOM key lol
What should I do with a random key??

I am so disappointed from this company! I ordered a key and then returned because was wrong one, I write to support couple of time and no answer at all. They didn't refund my money, nothing! 1 star is a lot we need 0

They sent me the wrong part. Not the one I ordered. They have never responded to any emails I’ve sent them. Stay away from this company.

Everything you're reading about this company is true. I was stupid enough to order from them twice and I never recieved anything from them. No customer service at all.

Please, do NOT order anything from this website. It's a complete scam. They take your money and do not ever ship the laptop keys you ordered. They sent emails confirming my purchase, confirmation that it had been "shipped" (the shipping label is fake, it was never shipped!! I had already charged back on PayPal at this point!), and finally an email from their support giving me 3 options to choose from - refund, hinge+rubber only, or backorder. This is a SCAM. They don't reply to any emails or phone calls. Do yourself a favor and charge back with PayPal like I did or contact your bank directly and say you've been scammed to get your money back.

One of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of getting nothing but headaches for trusting them with my money. Sent wrong part, emailed repeatedly, called. Their customer support number asks you to leave message. They never responded back.

I bought a replacement key for my laptop. They sent me the wrong part. I asked them for assistance and they said I was at fault for placing the incorrect order. I provided them with the make, model, and serial number of my laptop. I bought the part that was suggested by them based on this information. They then said they will send out another part, with no guarantee of it fitting, but I would have to pay again. They will not offer any support or refund. What a waste of $20.00

They sent me the wrong key. I emailed them, they never responded. I reported them to the BBB.

CAUTION. DO NOT buy anything from this company. Co sent the wrong item and will not respond to make it right.

Got my key and it fits, but it doesn't match the other keys. Plus the rubber cup was damaged and I took the old one out by mistake, so I had to use the one they gave me.

Emailed them and no response. Now my (. key) doesn't work correctly. Terrible company and will not buy from again.

It's a scam site.

They will take your money and then either send you some random bits or more likely not reply to any of your communication efforts (email, phone)

Avoid this place.

I had a really bad experience with this company. Twice I ordered new keys, both times they sent the wrong ones. They didn't reply to me whatsoever or to arrange a refund. One of the sets of keys they sent wasn't even a US alphabet. AVOID

Have yet to hear from anyone/live representative associated with this company regarding the order I paid for and recently purchased…just this year! Sure a product key arrived in the mail - but doesn’t fit my laptop - have sent a few emails to the “info@“ and have left voice messages at the business number provided and no reply to either of my communications…was hoping to be able to initiate a refund or even order the correct key - just in case I accidentally input the wrong information - this company is nonresponsive…and their website is sketch…when I placed my original order on 1/12/2023…their website kept taking me back to the home page and I couldn’t even log in to check my account/order…still haven’t been able too…but they got my money though!!!!

Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service associated with this company!

Ordered 2 keys for my Asus Strix G531GT on 01/26/2023 and have heard nothing since. I have left multiple voicemails, send multiple emails, and multiple forms from inside the "My Account" page. Clearly this company is either a scam or just doesn't give a crap about their customers. Gonna have to go through my bank for a refund. Same day/next day shipping? Non existent. Customer service? Nonexistent. My order? Nonexistent.

Buyer Beware. Stay far away!

I changed the review to two stars because I did eventually receive shipping information and eventually my order. The order was correct and everything was there that should have been. I wrote this bad review on 01/26/2023 and my order ended up shipping on 02/02/2023 and delivered on 02/06/2023. Probably not coincidence, but who knows. Once it shipped I got it super quick, but nobody ever returned any of my emails, contact form submittals, or voicemails I left.
I still will never order from this company again.
Their competitor, QuikFixLaptopKeys.com, has much better reviews, though they are a teeny bit more expensive per key. I'll be using QuikFix next time.

Ordered a transparent S key for a relatively new laptop (~3 years old). Every other site told me that they can't get it but this site said it was just backordered and if I wait they would send it when they got stock.

2.5 MONTHS later, they send me a non-transparent 3 key.

What a waste of my time and money. This company has no respect for you or your time. Don't believe anything they tell you. Total clown show.
