Having been told my existing machine was too expensive to repair I was worried that I had paid a lot for a repair contract.
Carl contacted me and they have sorted everything and a new machine for a very fair additional cost. This was an excellent deal and not a ripoff. Well done to Carl and all the team for good value and great service

I contacted Repair and maintain with a problem with an integrated washing machine.I got a prompt appointment which was the next day.I had an Enigneer contact me to confirm the appointment. He attended promptly and repaired the appliance .After the repairs the after service was also vey good with a follow up to make sure things were alright I received very good customer service from all staff.I will recommend this service as I will be using them in the future.

All my questions on the phone were dealt with professionally and well . The engineer was efficient but unfortunately couldn't fix my dishwasher so looked into getting new parts.

Simple repair that I wish I had looked online how to do . Cost £80+ to get a year's service and the plumber was here less than 15 minutes . But was good and fixed the problem quickly .

I booked a repair to my washing machine from spring plan. Unknown to me my partner had purchased a new machine the same day. I rang spring plan the next day. rather worried that I wouldn’t get my money back but but it was fully refunded in a few days so really pleased with the service.
