Easy to book, easy to collect, helped us out with repair and taxis when we got a puncture and easy to drop off with great communication throughout. Would definitely use again.

service was fast and professional. Got an upgrade and the car was insanely clean and new. The serivce was super friendly and open to give us more information about the roads, tunnels and island itself.

Lors de la remise du véhicule, la personne à l'accueil ne nous a pas expliqué à quoi servait la pendule sur le pare-brise ce qui nous a valu une amende de stationnement à Torshan.
La personne de l'accueil a reconnu son erreur par mail et malgré, Rent your car nous a fait payé l'amende, ce que je trouve inadmissible et anti-commercial.

The car was nice and clean. The man at the counter was very friendly and service minded (unasked, he pointed out a few existing scratches on the car).

God og venlig og forklarende service - nye biler. Vi blev samtidig opgraderet uden merpris - så det var en stor oplevelse. Den unge mand der udleverede bilen var så serviceminded. Anbefaler klart dette selskab samtidig med at de er meget billigere end de andre selskaber. Et lille minus var - vi havde købt et turpas til alle de underjordiske tuneller - men fik først at vide da vi hentede bilen at den nye tunnel til Klaksvik fra Thorshavn ikke var med i turpasset - kostede så yderligere kr. 275 kr. hver vej - men vil klart anbefale dette firma incl. prisen.

Everything was perfect except for the delivery where the place where I should leave the car was poorly marked

Magnus the check-in clerk provided good advice and several useful tips.
The car was suitable for our needs though slightly lacking in power for some of the steeper hills.
A small dispute concerning pre-existing damage was resolved amicably and professionally.

Avoid. Initial rental cheap but charged for damage already on car. No mention of damage or what additional charge was for on final receipt and had to ask for proper full itemised bill. Have received no response when requested pre hire vehicle report.

Fantastic experience. The car was great, the clerk at the airport was very friendly, fast and clear in the explanations. The value for money is excellent.

I was shocked when I was met by one rude young man at the counter. He was late, did not have the car we ordered. In addition he threatened to cancel the order since he meant I was rude to him. The company later refused to excuse this behaviour. If you do not want to have unneccesary verbal exchanges with the straff avoid this company.

We rented a Hyundai Kona and we was very satisfied. When we got to the office at the airport, there was no waiting time even though we came 30 min. earlier than expected. Magnus took god care of us:-) Easy to return the car at the airport. We can very much recommend Rent Your Car. Absolut this company we will use, when we come to the Faroe Islands again. Great service, upgraded for no apparant reason and no problems with the brand new vehicle. Returning the car was without problems as well.

I had a very bad experience when I returned my car. The car had a minor scratch on the back when we picked up. It was so minor that it wasn't even visible. I didnot take a photo (my bad) but the company charged my credit card 400 Euros for that which is exorbitant inspite of the fact that we took full protection insurance and paid extra for that. I have never experienced paying additional amount for any damages even after full protection and this was most horrible experience. What is the sense of buying full insurance if they will still charge so much for any minor damages. They cheat you. I will never rent them from again and will never recommend them.
Car was good, did not have any issue.
