They were not at all flexible and were going according to their script with little understanding or flexibility, ultimately almost derailing the start of the tenancy if the landlord had not intervened.

Wouldn't link my mainstream bank account although it said it had .
Apparently providing proof of savings that would cover 5 years rent ( on top on 6 months bank statements)isn't sufficient and they want visibility of everything you have .
Another glitch meant that my large deposit went missing for 24 hours . Surprisingly I could pay the deposit from the bank they couldn't initially link.
My address wrong on the application which they didn't or couldn't correct ( I was unable to in the app )
Staying at the same address but their system wants to change my electricity supplier back to the landlords. No options to stop this
Be prepared to have issues going through the vetting ( I used the app 2 years ago and it was fine )
