Excellent communication from Will from the first day I met him to the many WhatsApp messages after that to alley my fears of the system not fitting he was patient.
When he came to install the tap and filtration system everything worked out perfectly and I’m really happy with the finished look of the tap.

Thank you for your review!
Customer service not great.
I phoned renewell water a couple of weeks ago to get some information about the water softener and was told all about it and persuaded to take the reverse osmosis also, I was worried about it fitting in under the sink so I rang the office a couple of days ago to be told that the guy I was speaking to couldn't answer my question, then I asked him could they move my washing machine and put it in the utility room to which I was told that he couldn't answer the question either and that Marc would ring me back yesterday, it wasn't great customer service in my opinion. I had no phone call as far as 12pm so I decided to ring them and cancel and ask for my booking fee of €100 back.

We’re very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
To explain: reverse osmosis systems work by using pressure to push water through the membrane. Traditional models, like the one you previously had, use a storage tank and only activate the pump when the tank needs refilling. The ArkkZ, however, is a direct-flow, tankless system that filters water on demand. This is why you may hear a gentle hissing sound when you turn on the tap. The pump only runs for a few seconds to maintain the right pressure for your next use.
We hope you’re enjoying the many benefits of the ArkkZ — its compact design and faster performance.
