Only 3 days in, so initial feedback only;
- Product quality seems very good. Instructions also clear.
- Quite easy to use. Simple to set. Placing pads a little tricky (so far at least).
- It has pretty powerful ‘feel’. Only at setting 7/19 in early days, but there’s already a strong sensation… giving me some confidence that it may actually genuinely do what it’s supposed to!
- I’m impressed enough at this stage to know that I will stick with the full 90 day regime.
- Had assumed it was just ‘snake oil’ & it still may be, but I’ve got a feeling it’s genuine.

I love this product
I love this product. I used to have a wired one which was inconvenient.
I use it in different body parts one after another and it works wonders. Also charge lasts for multiple uses and recharging is very easy.
The wireless pads are great, very easy to use.
The pads are very durable.
I ordered more already even if I don't need yet. I already used pads around 20 times anssti holding strong.
I really recomend RelieveX.

Avoid. Useless product and customer service.
My grandad ordered this after seeing targeted ads for spinal stenosis which he is currently suffering from.
In error, he accidently ordered two machines.
We contacted them to explain and look at returning one of them completely unopened and sealed.
This process was tedious with a lot of back and forth and charges being applied for restocking etc but we got it returned (which I had post office confirmation of) and we began waiting for the money.
I've now been trying to get refunded for 2 months since the device was returned to them.
When I email I'm met with "we're sorry and we've escalated this issue" standard replies and all replies tend to be from a different customer service agent.
I have emailed them again this week with my phone number and have yet to receive any reply or contact.
The customer service is horrendous and the device we did keep has done absolutely nothing for my grandads pain.
Do NOT buy from this company.

Beware of predator pricing for accessories
The device itself seems to work fine, but beware of the accessories, pricing, and the company’s sales practices. The pricing feels predatory, with additional charges and subscriptions appearing on your order that you may not have intended to purchase.
After placing my order, I noticed I had been charged for three additional gel pads and a recurring subscription for more. I immediately contacted customer service, only to be told that all sales are final. No effort was made to resolve the issue.
The customer service is terrible, and the entire purchasing experience left a bad impression. I would not buy this product again. There must be better alternatives from companies that are more transparent about their pricing and actually stand behind their customers.

Deceptive offers
When going to checkout my original purchase of three pads for $29.95 there was an offer for six pads for $29.95. When I clicked on the offer the page refreshed and brought up the same offer. Thinking it was just a glitch, I clicked on the offer again. The page went directly to the order summary that showed I was charged $89.95 for 15 pads. It did not give me an opportunity to review the charges before I was billed, it automatically placed the order. The website is misleading. I thought I would only be billed $29.95 for six pads, not $29.95 for three pads and two more charges of $29.95 for six pads.
After seeing what had been done, I immediately sent an email requesting the order be cancelled. ReliveX responded - "I understand this is urgent. Order #325564 cannot be cancelled once it has reached the fulfillment stage where changes are no longer possible, even if it has not physically left the warehouse. You can find more details in our cancellation policy..."

Day 4 was OMG.
For the first few days I thought, "I feel no change. Did I make a mistake purchasing this product?" On day 4, OMG. I was sore when I woke up but after the treatment, my pain was significantly reduced. So far so good.
