Great customer Service
After I placed my order, customer service notified me several times about the delivery date. Afterwards, I received emails about the best way to use the device on my back. Within three days I became very professional on using the relivex. I’m still in my first week, but I feel confident that this will make a difference in my life. Big scammers
Big scammers. Took money out from my account without me confirming my order and on top of it they made duplicate order and charged me again . Just got delivered one ReliveX pain device never go another one. I have been emailing back and forth, they blaming imile carrier. I have proof that I was delivered only one parcel. Now, ReliveX has stopped connecting me. Money making company!.

So far; very impressed.
Only used it for three days but can feel the difference. They have been quick to answer if I have questions which I did. I found it similar to a TENS machine but suppose to go deeper which I think it does. I would like to see more pads come with the unit plus be less expensive; pads they say only last 30 days which is very short if you use it everyday which I plan to get the most use out of it..

I found the product to be satisfactory
I found the product to be satisfactory. Had some trouble keeping the hosts snapped on to the simulators, but figured them out. Some times only 1 host works at a time. I'll keep at it hoping I get relief at the end of 90 days. If not, I'll return it, and hopefully get implanted Spinal cord stimulation for my chronic low back pain.

I received my ReliveX and it has definite made a difference on my sore muscles. I was in a really bad truck accident in 2024 and my back still has not healed yet. Once I put it on, It works immediately and you really don't need to do anything else. Very comfortable and you can even fall asleep with them on and would not feel them. I even let my wife use it and she liked it as well.

Only 3 days in, so initial feedback only;
- Product quality seems very good. Instructions also clear.
- Quite easy to use. Simple to set. Placing pads a little tricky (so far at least).
- It has pretty powerful ‘feel’. Only at setting 7/19 in early days, but there’s already a strong sensation… giving me some confidence that it may actually genuinely do what it’s supposed to!
- I’m impressed enough at this stage to know that I will stick with the full 90 day regime.
- Had assumed it was just ‘snake oil’ & it still may be, but I’ve got a feeling it’s genuine.

I love this product
I love this product. I used to have a wired one which was inconvenient.
I use it in different body parts one after another and it works wonders. Also charge lasts for multiple uses and recharging is very easy.
The wireless pads are great, very easy to use.
The pads are very durable.
I ordered more already even if I don't need yet. I already used pads around 20 times anssti holding strong.
