I finally received my reliveX pads
I finally received my reliveX pads, fortunately I don't run out. I guess when every thang comes from Japan, it takes a while, so give yourself plenty of time when ordering. Maybe they should have a US location for them. That said, the relief from the morning stabbing lower back pain I get is worth the wait. Same goes for the evening treatment before bed time. I have been using ReliveX now for several weeks and while I don't know the long term resolt yet, it definitely makes getting through the day much more tolerable. Thank ReliefX for that.,

The experience has so far been very good. The order took a little longer than expected, (2.5 weeks) but we did receive regular contact during the wait.

Defective, no replacement or refund. Beware!
The device was defective and wouldn’t come on. I asked for a replacement and was asked to take videos of it not working. After three videos, I finally asked for a refund. The told me I would have to pay $80 for freight and restocking fees to get my $135 back. What a ripoff. The money back warranty is a total lie!

An honest review
I like the product. I wish that you could adjust the time in a session, instead of the 15 minute programmed session. I didn’t like getting nickled and dimed with the initial purchase by getting the (we can save you more if you add this to your order) I also think what is charged for the replacement pads is pretty steep. I also think it’s deceiving that the company is out of the US and the products are shipped from China. I get keeping the inventory at a minimum, but it’s kind of sad that the company can keep enough product in stock to ship out of the US. The product is good and I have wonderful results.

It's a bit early to judge the product and its positive effects.
I had problems with the delivery service. "It's not you, It's me!!" Or rather the new box system they apply now in Greece. Being 82 and retired, I prefer the home delivery. I spoke to the delivery people about that for the future orders...
Ask me for the product in 3 months. Thank you.

I am still awaiting the actual product
I am still awaiting the actual product. If ordering be aware that there are about 1/2 dozenattempts to up sell. I did this ordering xtra Pads. I decided to go with a option that was $29.95 then went up to $49.95. The 29.95 remained and ciuld not be removed. The total was about $250 when done. I attempted to conteact service ONLY EMAIL PROVIDED, and received a reply 7 hours later that my request could not be met.

I have only been using the relivex for a week but I am satisfied with the quality of the product. It does seem to be effective on my back pain but I believe I’ll need more time to be sure. It nice to be wireless while doing the treatments.

Device didn't work as described, so I sent it back. First, they try everything in the book to get you to keep it. So much for "hassle free". Second, they hit you with shipping and waste disposal fees. All said and done, they take $30 off and you get $70.
I sent my device back 2 months ago and am still waiting for my refund! Countless emails and unfulfilled promises. If my review keeps even one person from dealing with these scammers, I've done my job.

Chiropractor recommended
As a Chiropractor I have been recommending TENS to patients for decades. I am on sebatical and one of my patients recently delivered twin baby girls. She had discomfort with Labor & delivery. As I am two thousand miles away I recommended ReliveX in my absence. She experienced such swift relief of her back pain that her husband borrowed it after overdoing it moving baby furniture. I have been trying to get a FULL…
I have been trying to get a FULL REFUND, NO HASSEL, per their website. Their customer service has lots of empathy and "understands my concern", but they throe up every road block they can think of. They want a video of what is not working, you pay postage to return, you pay a restocking fee and a medical wast fee. They eat up half of the refund or more.
Shipping take 10 to 14 days, but they are quick on my concerns. In Texas we say they are all hat and no cattle.
In short, do not do business with these folks unless you like tossing your money down the drain

I noticed an improvement on day 4
I received the kit in a timely manner as it does come from China. It is well packaged and everything is working as it should. I am on my 5th day and I do believe I feel a difference. I have had back problems for years and now not as much pain when I am walking. I have neuropathy in both legs and some nights my feet would hurt so bad. Well I have noticed some improvement there. Hopefully I will continue to improve. So far I recommend this product.

OMG!!!! DONT BUY FROM!!! The unit sucks and doesn't work as good as they say, then you pay hell to get your refunds back....I've argued and sent tons of emails, even to founder Tom, he's as worthless as any. And, chamberlie offered to refund once I closed my disputes and then I did and still not got my refund yet. So don't trust this company...and don't buy anything from them.
