12/31/25 Called for a repair claim as my heater went out on (Xmas Eve). Gave details for claim.
1/7/26 talked to Pamela to verify what needed to send to get the repairs worked on.
1/9/26 called again & talked to Dave who told me my warranty doesn't cover burnt wires as not considered wear & tear! He emailed me a copy of my home warranty plan. Needless to say I was very upset & told him so what's they use of paying for insurance if things like this are not covered to my heater & a/c to work. December & January were cold months that I had to be without my heater. It was very uncomfortable. I finally had someone to repair the burnt wire & backboard & now am happy that I have both my heater & a/c working properly even though I had to pay out of my pocket.

This company is nothing but a scam artist they deny all claims if I read the reviews before I purchased their warranty I would’ve never used this company. Andrew is very rude after you try to make a claim I would not recommend this company to anybody I had tons of warranties through my life and never have I dealt with this kind of a company. Make sure you tell all your friends family to stay far away from this company.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Recently contacted them with issues of my heat pump. It took them over a week to send someone out after telling me on 2 different occasions that they were on their way. After a lot of calls they finally sent someone, technician said it was thermostat. So they put in for a new thermostat which was almost 500.00. Regency then informed me they would only pay 175.00 since I could not produce records of it being inspected yearly. When I took out the warranty I specifically asked them if everything was included and their answer was yes it was and they would cover it up to 6,000.00. So for anyone else considering this company DON’T. I am not a satisfied customer! Dora Orsborn

horrible warranty company… every time i called to get a repair done, it took days and weeks for them to come and do the repair. I calked several times for repairs and always was an excuse for them to come… beeate of this company. I could not use them, and when i cancelled they charged me a termination fee of 75.00, that was not fair and it looks like they make money on you just to cancel your policy, pathetic!!!

I still have not been contacted by anyone for my furnace. No heat on your house it’s cold.

I had this warranty company for almost a year no claims..the first claim i made regarding a toilet leaking..denied it..the service tech that went over told me stay away from that company they always deny claims..too late for me. Then after canceling the still charged my bank account for the following month payment and gave me the run around for weeks..finally I gave up but I won't let someone else get ripped off... so stay away from this scam of a company

Very easy to enroll with the whole house warranty plan and agents were very helpful in filing a claim.

My concerns were heard and met. The technician came out and assess the problem. Told me what the next steps would be to resolve the issue. Which left me with confidence that my issue will be resolved.

Horrible did not perform repairs and offered $275 to replace a refrigerator which I had to pay for before the would reimburse
On a different property, they did not repair my water heater and told me they would contribute $500 for a $4000 water heater home heater. Then he made me find someone to repair my dryer approved the reimbursement for the cost, but I had to pay it first and then several months later they paid me only half of the approved amount. This company is a scam do not do business with them.
