I am a new customer, just placed a claim, all my interactions with company so far was great!

During my call today, the customer service representative was helpful with submitting my claim and informative about the process as it was my first time.

The process of initiating a claim was simple. I am only rating four stars because I have not had time for the claim to be completed. I am completing this review to receive 1 additional free month on my policy.

The customer representative was prompt, polite and helpful. It didn’t require a lot of hassle and she answered all of my questions.

It has taken more than two months to get my dishwasher repaired and it’s still not repaired. The first company came out twice and said I needed a new control board the second time. I never returned my calls and never scheduled another appointment. So the warranty company chose another company and it’s been 11 days and they have yet to schedule an appointment.

It seems like everything is covered.. but it's not. Completed waste of money - everything you try to claim will be an "add-on". For instance, the icemaker on a refrigerator. Even though it's a part of the fridge, it's not covered as it's considered an add-on
