We’re absolutely delighted to hear the hamper made such a special gift for your dear friend’s 70th birthday — what a wonderful occasion to celebrate. It means a great deal to us that she loved it.
We hope to help you mark many more special moments in the future!

Thank you for your feedback and for providing photographs to support your report.
We were very sorry to see the condition of the papaya and passionfruit on arrival, and to learn that the bananas were missing from your hamper. This is not reflective of the high standards we are committed to, and we fully understand how disappointing this must have been.
We are pleased to confirm that this has now been resolved directly with you, and we are grateful for the opportunity to put matters right.
While occurrences such as this are extremely rare, we take them very seriously and remain committed to resolving any concerns promptly and with the utmost care.
Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention.

Lovely Hampers
Lovely Hampers
We ordered 2 hampers and they were both beautiful, well presented and a good selection of items.
Customers service were very helpful too.
The only downside is that you have to pay a lot for express and it's per item - even though we spent over £180

Thank you for your wonderful five-star review.
We are truly delighted to hear that your hampers arrived beautifully presented and that you enjoyed the selection inside. It’s also especially pleasing to know that our customer service team were able to support you so helpfully — we will be sure to share your kind words with them.
We appreciate your feedback regarding our express delivery options. While we are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery, the premium timed services — including pre-9am, pre-10am and pre-1pm — are fulfilled by our courier partners, with charges applied per parcel as each hamper is individually prepared and dispatched to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
That said, we understand your perspective and are always grateful for feedback such as yours as we continue to refine the overall experience we offer.
Thank you once again for choosing us — we very much hope to delight you again in the future.

The hamper was expensive for what I received.. thought the jars were big jars turned out to be tiny! Ordered cheese and grapes and they wasn’t there.. BUT they were sent the next day when I complained but that isn’t the point.. will not use again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
We strive to present our website as clearly and transparently as possible, so our customers feel fully informed and confident in what to expect, with detailed imagery and a full contents list including sizes and weights.
We also sincerely apologise for the omission of the cheddar and grapes from your original delivery. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we arranged for replacements to be dispatched without delay, though we fully appreciate this did not reflect the seamless experience you anticipated.
Please be assured that this is not representative of our usual standards, and we remain committed to delivering both the quality of product and level of service our customers expect.

I splashed out on champagne and full bottles of wine, so much better than small ones. The variety of food was good as well. The recipients were a family, so they were delighted that there was something for everyone.

I saw photos of the hamper after it was delivered. It was a beautiful arrangement, bigger than I thought it would be. My relative was so happy with it! I was glad I could order the things he liked. The process of ordering wasn't bad, either, considering I was calling from the U.S. Thank you.

Thank you for your wonderful review.
We are truly delighted to hear how pleased both you and your relative were with the hamper. Knowing it exceeded your expectations in both size and presentation is especially rewarding, as we take great care in ensuring every arrangement feels as special as the occasion it is chosen for.
It’s also lovely to hear that you were able to select items tailored to his tastes, even while ordering from the United States. We always strive to make the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, wherever our customers may be.
Your kind words mean a great deal to us, and we’re honoured to have been part of such a thoughtful gesture.

Overpriced and not worth the premium price
I would avoid as missing item, delivery late for a priority service and the items were very overpriced. Much fresher and cheaper to get fresh fruit from local supermarket as effectively it was like a few bananas, one orange, some grapes and apples. Nothing particularly different or special for the premium price being paid. Similarly the bakery items were just preservative based bakeries in plastic bags. Tastier and fresher to get a cake at local bakery. Avoid and spend your money better elsewhere. Be careful here.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the hamper didn’t meet your hopes.
We’ve tried to locate an order with the details provided and also reached out to you directly, but haven’t heard back. So far, the only information we’ve received is that the hamper was received as a gift. As no orders were sent to your name, we can’t verify the purchase or the concerns raised here. We’d really like to help and resolve this if you can respond to our messages with more information.
Delivery is handled by a third-party courier, so exact timings can’t always be guaranteed. If a priority delivery didn’t arrive as intended, we’d like to know so we can raise this with them.
We aim to provide clear images and detailed contents on our website so customers know what to expect.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention—we hope to hear from you soon.

Good services. More payment methods
Récipient of the gift had no complain about the package and integrity of its content. Great service. However, more payment method option for customers abroad (especially in the US) would be very much appreciated.
