RefundPros reached out to our company and told us that Amazon possibly owes us a lot in refunds that they don't return automatically. They work entirely off commission on refunds they find, so it was an easy decision to take the chance. RefundPros has reclaimed over $15k for our company from our last 18 months of Amazon sales that we would've had no idea how to get ourselves. Their responsive staff and auditing expertise makes them an incredibly easy company to work with. If you are an Amazon seller and aren't sure if you're getting back all the refunds you are entitled to, I strongly recommend working with RefundPros!

Easy, Reliable Service
RefundPros has unlocked easy, no-fuss refunds. As the manufacturer and shipper of our own branded products, I used to have to "make up" invoices with another company for them to submit. This means creating them in Photoshop and then exporting one by one.
RefundPros offered to create them for us, and all I do is sign to acknowledge that it is all correct. It's saved me so much time. Plus, they actually catch discrepancies! Our other company was missing hundreds.

Working with Refund Pros has been a breeze. My company is called Puro Sound Labs LLC. In our first month with them we have already received ~10k in reimbursements from Amazon while barely lifting a finger ourselves. Their back end reporting is highly detailed so it makes it super easy to compare their open cases and refunds with my Amazon reimbursement ledger so I can check line by line everything they have done so far. They have complete transparency so I don't have to second guess anything and their commission pricing is super competitive compared to other refund companies we looked into. I believe we are paying about 7% less in commission fees than what I was quoted out by other companies. Another thing I was impressed with is that thanks to their services, Amazon has found quite a number of missing units that would have otherwise been lost and forgotten about. We did not get charged by Refund Pros for any units found by Amazon due to Refund Pros' open cases. The only thing we are paying for is reimbursements on units from Amazon that could not be found. This in my opinion is just even more added value on an already great relationship with this company. I look forward to a continued relationship with Refund Pros.

Great communication and transparency
