This was my first experience in printing a book. The process was fairly smooth, the site was easy to upload to. There is always a bit of a learning curve, but I felt it was very easy to learn the site. I would not hesitate to print more books here.

Order hasn’t arrived 2weeks after
I still haven’t received my order - it’s been two weeks past the delivery date. I missed my event that these were for. And no one seems concerned or has delivered on what they said they would do (getting back to me etc)
The tracking order provided showed as delivered but… to another province. I was told it was the incorrect tracking number. I was later told it was being shipped out that day, with a new tracking number, a week later it does appear to be moving so we shall see!

The courier tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered – Left at Front Door” on Tuesday, September 1 at 13:11. As you have not received it, please raise a report through the Order History section of your Mixam account. This will allow our Customer Care team to investigate the delivery with the courier and help you with the next steps as quickly as possible.

There were major alignment issues on…
There were major alignment issues on multiple pages despite customer service assuring me that these were “checked by print specialists” who “saw no issues”. The alignment errors were NOT visible in the digital proofs.

We’re very sorry to hear about the alignment issues with your order.
Although our print specialists reviewed the digital files and proof before production, this issue with the finished copies was not reported to our team, and we have not received any photographs showing the problem. Without being contacted, we have unfortunately had no opportunity to investigate what happened or provide a resolution.
Please log in to your account, visit your Order History and submit a report through the relevant order, including clear photographs of the affected pages. If multiple copies are affected, please include examples from several copies. Once received, our team will investigate this with Production and advise you on the next steps.

We’re sorry that you have not yet received your order. However, it was completed and dispatched on 27 August within the estimated timeframe and is currently in transit with UPS. The latest tracking information shows an estimated delivery of Friday, 4 September, between 11:45 a.m. and 3:45 p.m.

We’re sorry that you haven’t received your order. The UPS tracking shows that delivery was attempted on 27 and 31 August but was unsuccessful, and the parcel is now being returned to the sender.
We can see that our Care Team has already contacted you to request an alternative delivery address. Please reply to the team with the new address so they can assist with the next steps.

The quality of the printing and the pricing is excellent. The website is intuitive and visually interesting. The only issue I had was the delay on delivery which was not adequately communicated to me. However the delivery process was smooth and secure. If Mixam could be clearer on their delivery windows, they'd have gotten a perfect rating from me. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.
