At first, I experienced a lot of confusion towards the website’s set up. I emailed back and forth with customer service a few times and they were a great help. And, in the end, the magazines arrived early and in such beautiful condition; The end product exceeded my expectations and outweighed any frustrations I had dealt with earlier on with the website.

Thank you so much the whole Mixam Team for astounding production of my art book. First look an hour ago and I can't get over it. My art hasn't looked so good in decades, this makes all those little snap shops in a box so lame. Such a better way to appreciate all the art I did rather than looking at a digital screen, and it's a hard copy fail-safe back up if digital ever fails.

I'm loving my art again looking at this real book.

Print quality is the best, my choice of paper exactly right and love the hardcover Smith sewn binding. It'll be a great heirloom.

Mixam is an amazing company with top notch service, customer communication, shipping and so glad I didn't go elsewhere for my project. I'll be back with another project hopefully soon.

I have recently completed my doctoral project and is looking for a place to get that printed. Went to a local Staples and was told the cheapest way is self-serve using their photocopier and they won’t do binding in house.

Went to another local printing shop in Richmond Hill and again, not meeting my expectations.

So I went online and found Mixam. Their website has a tool that asks me everything: paper choice, cover options, binding options, number of copies, etc. I can even have the ability to get the price and preview the product before I actually place the order.

So I ordered 50 copies and I am extremely impressed on the quality of the product, the timing of shipping, the packaging (4 boxes), shrink wrapped every 5 copies, and extra protection labels to ensure it’s not damaged.

Highly recommended Mixam to anyone who is looking for quality printing products.

My order arrived very quickly and the quality is great! I will definitely use this site again.

Everything about my experience was positive.

Great customer service, order completed sooner than expected!

I see a lot of 1 star reviews about delivery times etc, however, I feel it should be warned about printing quality inconsistencies.
We have ordered the same product numerous times from this company and have had minor issues, such as folds being completely uneven and missing components on select brochure booklets in the stack. Customer service was great to provide a credit for the errored booklets.
This time however, I clicked "re-order" on a booklet order we placed months ago. When the order arrived, the colour saturation was completely different. Our brand blue was more of a blue that sat in a window for month and was sun faded. On top of that, our images were pixelated. Neither of these issues were present in the order that I "re-ordered" from.
When I reached out to Customer Service letting them know our 300 brochure booklets were flawed, their response was "Taking a look at both orders, they were printed at different facilities. Naturally there will be some variances between them due to different presses, batches of paper and inks being used." They said in the future, I should request the same facility and press be used.
I explained that when I clicked the "re-order" option on my account, I assumed it was implied that I would like the same quality as the order I re-ordered.
I have yet to hear back from my reply, but wanted to get the warning out there for any other business' that use Mixam, there are known inconsistencies in their printing depending on time of day, and they believe this is an acceptable excuse to why our brochure booklets were printed in a different colour blue than what was ordered. Beware if you are true to your brand book, that this may not be the best company to use for your marketing needs.

Fast turnaround, quality work

This is my 3rd and largest order. I love the ease of putting it together on the Mixam Canada site, the quote system matching the final invoice, no surprises. Product meets my expectations and arrived before expected date. ❤️

Thumbs up for a great product and fast turnaround. The quality of photo reproduction was better than expected and I'm very happy with the 100lb satin paper. I'm glad I chose the Smyth sewn binding given the large number of pages.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I found your website challenging to navigate. The instructions and explanations of printing choices weren't as clear as other services I've used. Also, I had to download the icc profile from another internet source, as your link doesn't seem to work. I did use your chatbot though and found it helpful.

I'm glad I persisted and am so happy to have a Canadian self publishing service available. Thank you.
