Sostituzione dinamo danneggiata
Circa 3 anni fa ho comprato due luci con dinamo magnetica. Non mi ero accorto che uno dei due cavetti mancava della guarnizione, per cui alla lunga i contatti si sono ossidati e la dinamo ha smesso di funzionare. Ho contattato il centro assistenza e mi hanno offerto un ricambio usato pagando solo le spedizioni, soluzione tutto sommato accettabile

Produktet (vandtæt anorak) lever helt op til forventningerne. Den er let og har god pasform.

I ordered complete systems for two bikes--4 dynamos with 4 lights. Delivery was fast. One of the dynamos turned out to be defective upon mounting, so I got in touch with customer service, and they swapped it out no questions asked.

The system works well. It is great to have lights that are always on, and not to have to worry about recharging batteries. I am often biking to work with my wife, and can this see the lights in action. The rear light is very good, and the bike is visible from quite some distance. The front light is somewhat less good. It is nice an visible when one is right in front of the bike, but starting from an angle of 15 degrees or so it fades rather quickly. Still, it is much better than nothing, and can always be supplemented by stronger, battery-alimented lights. In sum, I would buy them again.

My order got lost in the realm of one of the usual carriers. Reel lights tried to find the lost parcel for one day, but sent replacement directly the other day when unsuccessful. Arrived within a day.
Friendly and competent troubleshooting.
And the product itself I love anyway, ride one of those on my commuter bike for 3 years now. No headache, just working smoothly, regardless of salt and grime.

Amazing to think of how many lives this invention have saved in trafic since nobody longer have an excuse to ride a bicykle without lights. Great product.

I have been a fan of Reelight since my first purchase years, or a decade, back when I was living in Amsterdam.
As one I got was damaged and broken I made an order to ship it to Finland, where I currently live.
The delivery was rather quick.
When I opened the product, I was a bit surprised - I didn't know/notice that there were three different versions and I got the flash one, instead of the constant which I had in my mind when ordered.
I anyway mounted it and all was fine - apart from feeling a bit too visible to others, which is just something Finnish about perhaps (though I'm not a Finn).
After one cold day (about -8), the front light started to faint a bit. But got back normal again after some days.
A few weeks past the front light stopped working. It didn't come back to life again this time.
So, I contacted the company, asking if a replacement was possible.
They responded very quick and straight forward (contacted by CEO!) - I was ready to be said that was not possible but all was simple and they even said it's possible to send the constant version if I wished.
Now all sorted and waiting for the constant version of the front light.
They are great and reliable in all levels.
I will enjoy the ride with Reelight again and for the coming long future :-)

Use a RL700 Reelight for one year now, works fine and it's so soothing to don't have to manage any battery.
I have just experiencing the customer service, they are incredibly fast: technical issue recovered in 2 days!

I bought the spare part "bracket for generator" for the sl520 light. I received the right product, promptly and well packaged.

Great product and customer service. I bought a partially defective product (also not the latest model), and after contacting support I was sent a replacement for the defective part, which worked flawlessly.

Jeg er meget glad for mine lygter fra Reelight. Desuden har jeg oplevet særdeles god service, da jeg mistede et låg, som dækkede ledningerne og efter henvendelse fik tilsendt to låg gratis. Tak!

Not only do they produce great and innovative products, but they also have fantastic customer service.
In the last 10 years I bought several lights from them (we are a family of 6), always satisfied, always durable objects.
For some reason, the last 2 sets broke unexpectedly after a couple of months, and they offered to replace the damaged parts for free.
