Absolute TRASH. Never get this phone. I have constant lag issues with the phone on all apps it will lag every 5 minutes and then return to normal they say it's because there's only 10-25% of storage left and that is causing the problem like that literally makes this phone look even worst why have all that space when you can only use 75% of it? And I'm not even at 75% capacity but at 67% capacity and also it gets really hot when you're doing anything that is slightly demanding. Absolute RUBBISH never get one get a phone from an actual decent company like Apple or Samsung.

When I first bought the phone I was very happy with it. It was a 5G phone which if is great if you can get a 5G signal (not everyone can) I could most of the time, and it was faster the my fibre broadband! I had the phone for just three months before the manufacture released an ota update that hard bricked my phone (thanks for that realme)! The Phone comes with an impressive two year warranty, so The called the authorised repairer who sent me an email telling me to read the t&c and if I agree then I should pack the phone up in the original packaging and return it to them at my own cost!

I asked why I should have to pay the return costs as I was not at fault, it was the manufacturer that had cause my phone to no longer work (it switched off after the OTA update, and would not turn back on again, even when trying to perform a reboot). When I realised that they expected me to pay for the cost of return I called them again on the telephone to ask why, The person I spoke with then sounded annoyed and said "some manufacturers pay the return postage and some don't"

I expained my phone worked perfectly well until the manufacture released a faulty update. But she did not sound concerned and simply said this has happened with other manufactures phones including very expensive phones. I do not care about other brands. I care about having a working product that I paid my hard earned money for!

I then asked if I could just take it to an authorised repair centre myself rather than post it. But was then told there is just one place in the UK that is authorised by realme to carry out repairs, and that was in Kent!

I will never buy this brand again. First of all my phone is hard bricked because of a faulty ota update then they expect me to fork out the cost of returning it to them to try to repair a fault that developed as their own faulty update! They really did not sound interested that I have to pay this cost myself. or offered any other solution

Faut faire super attention avec cette marque. Les téléphones sont bien et pas cher mais par contre si vous voulez faire fonctionner votre garantie, service client vraiment nul ! Je vous conseille de prendre un téléphone un peu plus cher avec un service après vente efficace car le téléphone ne tient pas plus d'un an et demi !

The phone is just fine but the customer service is a joke. I will never buy another phone from them - what good is a telephone if you can't use it? There is only a quick start guide; no user manual, and the "help line" is useless.

Pésimos cascos y estafa de garantía.
Me compré unos Air Buds 3 y ni me los arreglan ni me los cambian estando éstos dentro de la garantía. Te hacen perder el tiempo escribiéndoles y llamándoles y se pasan la papeleta de unos a otros para no darte soluciones. Para ir a la OCU de una, auténticos estafadores ruineros.

Envoi SAV france via ELECTRODEPOT d'un téléphone realme gt master édition.dont l'écran se décolle. Un téléphone sans coup, de six mois seulement. Selon eux le téléphone aurait été tordu. Donc refus de couvrir en garantie. Honteux. Obligé de payer. Le téléphone en lui même est bien, mais à priori fragile et le service de l'importateur français est tout simplement désastreux.

Realme e scandalosa ho acquistato un realme gt master dopo 15 giorni il touch non funzionava più 20 agosto 2022 mandato in assistenza dopo un mese un email con la risposta telefono non riparabile contattare venditore per rimborso fatta email al venditore il quale senza un ok della Realme non rimborsa nulla scritto decine di mail all'assistenza realme risposte per prendere tempo e non risolvere il problema ad oggi dopo una loro mail in cui accettavano di rimborsarmi ancora nulla 12/12/22 Veramente dei ladri non comprate l'oro prodotti se non volete essere truffati Ladri Ladri mai più realme e li sputtanerò finché non riavrò i miei soldi

Ho un Realme 7 Pro e da quando ha aggiornato alla versione UI 3.0 Android 12 non funzionano più bene le app home banking che con Android 11 e UI 2.0 funzionano a perfezione. Ho aggiornato le app ma non ho nessun effetto. Ho inviato email al service Realmi ma dopo la 10^ risposta mi rendo conto che sono inesistenti, penso di non comprare più Realme perché penso che l'assistenza abbia un valore. Sconsiglio caldamente l'acquisto

On he 16th of November I received my much awaited robot vaccum cleaner. The product was as described. It works well and the cleaning is as expected. It's good but limited but good enough for what I want it for.
The problem is the customer service and problem handling. The tool free agents are useless when I comes to registering a complaint 2 calls made and I still don't have my complaint number. If you email they do respond.
Since I was travelling to pune(Goa doesn't have a service centre according to the customer service AGENTS) I decide to stop at the service centre for assistance.
Meet by a lady called Girishs and madhura.
Real. E me didnot send me the invoice which apparently was very important. Several proves of purchase didnot matter to these ladies just the invoice. Without that, the product will not get looked. After more then 45min on call with the customer service to try get this sorted. I was told that I will have to mail realme to get the invoice 48hrs later. Finally madhura decided to step in and asked me to download the app and we found the invoice.
They accepted my product without a job card but would not let me show them what was the problem. I over heard on of the mobile technician say to girisha that why is he speaking in English not Marathi.
He didnot seem happy about me not speaking Marathi. We was even came out of the back office and was asked by the ladies to get back in at one point when I was not happy with them asking to keep the product for a week but refused to get it couriered. That was not an option. I would have to come in person.
I left with my product disappointed and with a sense that I was jot helped cause I didnot speak Marathi.
Realme pune atVikram Goldmine is not good for their service.

Il mio realme 8 ai 15 giorni ha dato difetti,inutilizzabile :ho chiamato l assistenza fatto le procedure che mi hanno detto email ..ecc.doppo sono spariti nessuna più risposta dopo tanti solleciti.non mi è stato indicato niente per come muovermi.ho dovuto comprare un altro cellulare altra marca naturalmente.spero un giorno tramite chi è predisposto per seguire le leggi,come già ho dato incarico il recupero dei mie soldi.aparte il tempo perduto

Do una stella perché meno non posso dare,ho acquistato un realme 9 pro + free fire edition su Amazon mi è arrivato funzionante ma senza la gift card che doveva essere presente nella confezione ,chiamo il centralino mi risponde un albanese o via di la che neanche capiva quello che dicevo ,mi fa scrivere alla email perché lui non c'è la faceva a capire ..poveretto doveva fare un corso di italiano prima, dico mi andra meglio con il servizio clienti via mail ,si si mi rispondono solo con mail già precompilate rimbalzandomi ad Amazon stessa cosa che Amazon aveva fatto dato che avevo chiamato prima loro, in quanto Amazon non è in possesso dei codici gift card e poteva solo farmi il reso ,quindi grazie di aver fatto il solito scarica barile di responsabilità e non aver risolto niente mai più un vostro prodotto..insomma state distanti da questo marchio perché l'assistenza fa pena...per non dire peggio...

Lo compré en septiembre desde el primer uso me empezó a fallar en todas las aplicaciones,fui 2 días después a la tienda ya que era fin de semana y no me hacen ni devolución ni cambio ,me lo mira el servicio tecnico y dicen que está bien que no le ven nada , desde que salí de Worten que fue donde lo compre me vuelve a fallar y hasta la fecha ,no se escucha cuando pongo altavoz ,la aplicaciones me saltan ,las notificaciones me llegan con 1 día de retrasó ,se me queda congelada la pantalla ,en ocaciones es horrible de caliente , etc...no me dan ninguna solución desde el segundo día de comprado

Assistenza pietosa, aggiornamento Android sempre in "arrivo" a sentire loro ed i vari siti ma che, ad oggi, non c'è. Ritardati! Svegliatevi che il mondo intorno a voi è progredito.

Me actualice el móvil con su última actualización y desde entonces no puedo guardar números de teléfono.me pongo en contacto con ellos y me dicen que tengo que resetear el móvil como si viene de fábrica y después mandárselo,le digo que me tienen que dejar una mientras por el trabajo y con la cara dura dicen que no tienen móviles para dejar mientras,cara dura después que ellos Han sido los causantes del problema.lo que tendrían que hacer es darme uno nuevo,.SON UNOS GOLFOS Y UNOS HIJOPUTA

I have had this device, Realme6 for approximately eighteen months.
Used purely to make phone calls, send texts and what's apps it fine. For anything else avoid this phone. It's what you get for the money I suppose, but it constantly freezes and has to be rebooted, and continually crashes. Half way through composing email, etc it suddenly goes back to the homepage and all content is lost.
I have finally given up on this make of phone and will move on.

dopo essermi trovata bene con un dispositivo Realme con cui non ho mai dovuto fare i conti con riparazioni assistenza e garanzia. Ecco qui che decido di acquistare tablet e telefono nuovo di questo brand, l'errore più grande che potessi fare. Dopo solo 5 mesi il telefono ha problemi con lo schermo che non si vede più mando in garanzia e nn si degnano di far sapere nulla in lavorazione da un mese senza spiegazioni, ora ho problemi anche con il tablet e ho il terrore di spedirlo in garanzia, mi toccherà pagare l'assistenza privata dato che quella ufficiale è inutile.
Acquistate da brand che non si affidano a terzi come STitaly per l'assistenza dei loro prodotti.

Aggiornamento: dopo mesi finalmente è ritornato il cellulare ovviamente ho dovuto pagare per sostituzione schermo e si fanno pagare molto per la sostituzione, ricordo che è un cellulare con 5 mesi di vita senza urti ne graffi cover doppia pellicola vetro dal primo giorno, era un problema ovvio con i loro schermi ma inventano sempre qualcosa per non rientrare in garanzia.
