Mein erstes Realme war das 9i, was ich günstig gekauft hatte, um es als Fahrrad Navi zu benutzen, was es auch gut gemacht hat.
Da mir die Realme UI gut gefallen hat kam mir der Gedanke auf, im höherpreisigen Segment nachzusehen und wurde auf das GT6 aufmerksam.
In Sachen Speed und Akkulaufzeit war ich echt zufrieden, die Kamera war nun nicht so der Hit, jedoch konnte ich das verschmerzen. Im täglichen Gebrauch hat mich das Gerät komplett überzeugt und da ist mir nun mal Ausdauer sehr wichtig.
Trotz starker Nutzung kam ich immer auf ungefähr 1-1.5 Tage.

Später legte ich mir das GT7 Pro zu und auch damit war ich äußerst zufrieden. Die Kamera war spürbar besser, der Prozessor und der Akku.
Damit kam ich dann 1.5-2 Tage aus und das war schon der Hammer.

Nun bin ich wieder zu Xiaomi gewechselt, aber vielleicht gibt es in Zukunft wieder ein Zurück zu Realme.
Auf jeden Fall hatte ich nie Probleme mit den Geräten, es kamen monatlich Updates und sonst kann ich mich einfach nicht beklagen!

Tambien yo compre hace un mes un Realme, que ya veo tiene algunos problemas de software, en la tienda oficial Realme de Aliexpress. Hasta ahora no he recibido ni aparece ninguna factura. Aliexpress, como no podia ser de otra manera, mutis. Y por lo que se comenta del lamentable servicio de la marca en España, no quiero ni pensar si falla algo en el futuro.
De Aliexpress ya sabemos lo pirata que son; tengo o tenia porque ya me harte, otro litigio con ellos; supuestamente leen estas quejas de los usuarios, te escriben diciendote que por favor les des mas datos, que atenderan tu solicitud.....Esperate sentado; son maquinas, automatas, ahi no hay humanos, y jamas te van a solucionar nada.
Insisto: evita comprar a esta gentuza; por algo les han multado.

Ho comprato su Amazon un realme bloccato per l'Europa ed ho chiesto un codice di sblocco.
Mi è stato promesso che al massimo in 3 giorni avrebbero risolto, ma dopo 10 giorni niente.
Alle mie mail risponde una AI sempre allo stesso modo.
Vergognosamente mediocri.

Ho posseduto due telefoni realme
entrambi si sono rotti alla stessa maniera cominciando con blocchi dello schermo poi perdita di segnale di rete quindi né internet né telefono... una cosa vergognosa. Ma la cosa peggiore è l'assistenza! quest'ultimo telefono è da un mese e mezzo che è in riparazione e ancora non si sa che fine ha fatto. Vergognatevi e cambiate mestiere soprattutto!!

After just 6 months of use my Neo 6: apps are slow to open and phone constantly lags, even worse, the screen is showing signs of burn in after only a few weeks of full brightness use. This phone wasnt cheap, so its a huge disappointment! It has some useful features, but they are very limited.

The worst telephone (12x 5G) I've ever purchased.
One year after I bought it, the antenna broke, so I had to send it in for repairs.
Six weeks later, I got the phone back. Everything worked fine for 12 months, and then suddenly the speaker started crackling and eventually stopped working altogether.

And about a week after the speaker broke, the phone stopped charging, and I had to replace it right away.

Don’t buy that Realme junk!

Tengo un Realme GT Neo 2, el cual funciona de vicio, peeeeeeero, si lo utilizas sin reloj inteligente. Si llevo un reloj (y he probado 4 distintos con 4 apps diferentes para manejarlos), como quiera recibir llamadas en el reloj (solo la notificación, no hablar por el reloj), Whatsapp y Telegram se comportan de forma extraña con audios, al enviar fotos se queda el teclado abierto pero no se pulsa ninguna tecla teniendo que cerrar la app y volver a entrar... Si voy a bluetooth, entro en el reloj y le desactivo la casilla de "Llamadas telefónicas", Whatsapp, Telegram y muchas otras funcionan correctamente. Es decir, me lanzas una actualización con fallos, y no los corriges porque como el móvil ya tiene más de dos años, no lanzas ninguna otra... obligando a cambiarte de teléfono... Pues muy bien, como soy informático y soy quien tengo que recomendar un teléfono cada vez que un cliente o un familiar se cambia de teléfono, REALME, OPPO, VIVO y ONE PLUS va a ver 0 euros de parte de toda mis conocidos/contactos... por HDLGP.

The refrigerator delivered to me is defective and of substandard quality. The trays, compartments, internal fittings, and overall build quality are not in accordance with the standards reasonably expected from the product as represented at the time of sale.

The product supplied is not fit for its intended purpose and does not meet the requirement of a functional household refrigerator.

2. Deficiency in Service and Failure of Resolution
Immediately upon identifying the defects, I raised multiple complaints with both Flipkart and realme support.

However, despite repeated follow-ups:

No effective resolution has been provided
Technician visits have been repeatedly scheduled but no technician has physically attended
Calls received are disconnected without proper communication
Complaint status is falsely updated as “customer cancelled visit,” which I categorically deny
3. Pattern of Call Avoidance and Non-Escalation
Every attempt to contact customer support has resulted in repeated delay tactics, including:

Calls being redirected or terminated with assurance of a “senior callback,” which never materializes
Repeated statements that concerned departments are “non-functional” or “unavailable”
No effective escalation mechanism or resolution provided despite multiple attempts
This demonstrates a clear failure of grievance redressal mechanisms and deficiency in service.

4. Technician Misconduct (Serious Concern)
At the initial stage of complaint handling, it was indicated by the technician that additional or unofficial payment may be required for processing or approving the refund-related resolution.

Such conduct is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding improper handling of consumer complaints and abuse of service authority.

5. Non-Resolution Despite Full Cooperation
As per instructions from realme support, I submitted all required documents including:

Invoice copy
Purchase details
Contact information
Despite full compliance, I have not received:

Any refund approval
Any written timeline for resolution
Any replacement confirmation
Any meaningful communication regarding closure of the issue
6. Legal Position
The above conduct constitutes:

Deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Unfair trade practice
Sale of defective goods
Misrepresentation of service records
Failure of after-sales service obligations

7. Final Demand for Resolution

Realme has completely failed as a manufacturer. After the latest update, my phone became unusable – it constantly freezes, and I cannot even access basic functions or the main menu. A device that previously worked perfectly is now useless.
Customer support is extremely disappointing – I keep receiving generic responses that do not apply to my situation. I was told to perform steps that are not even possible on my device, and there is still no real solution.
I paid for a fully working product, and now I have a phone that I cannot use at all. There is still no fix and no proper assistance. This is unacceptable.
I do not recommend this brand – they take no responsibility for their own software issues and ignore customers.

Vu les ventes en constante augmentation de cette société du groupe Oppo j'espère conserver quelques années mon téléphone en état de marche. I own a Realme, and this is probably the only and last time in my life I’ll have one – specifically, the Realme Pro:

Performance and apps:
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset places the device in the mid-range – the GPU performs worse than the CPU. The screen isn’t optimised for all apps, meaning some menu buttons in the corners of the screen are inaccessible.

Issues after updates:
After updating to Realme UI 7, there is a battery issue, although one would expect updates to improve the device rather than make it worse.

Speakers:
Unfortunately, the phone has terrible sound quality; from the outset, the cause has been the poor quality of the speakers, which is the device’s most serious flaw.

No 4K/60fps recording:
The model was supposed to record at 60 or even 120 frames per second, but it turns out it doesn’t support 4K video recording at 60 or even the advertised 30 frames per second; there are drops in frame rate. This is a significant shortcoming, as the phone was supposed to be good for video recording but turns out to be faulty.

My support requests have gone unanswered, and the seller claims there is nothing they can do.

I strongly advise against buying this device. Misleading advertising and, unfortunately, poor build quality.
