Item was costume quality and the return process is arduous.

Shipping time is terrible and they lie about your purchase's whereabouts in transit.

Returned but experience was simple to receive credit back and return process was simple once you get the instructions. Reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was that it took several emails (and several days because it seems emails are only sent 1 per day) to finally get instructions to return.

I received my beautiful ring yesterday. I absolutely love it and the company. I received the ring in a timely manner and it arrived in a beautiful package with a lovely ring box, a silver cloth to keep it looking beautiful, a color brochure explaining the ring’s composition etc. and everything I would need in case anything was amiss and I needed to send it back. This is a great company to do business with and I am sure I will be buying additional quality jewelry from them again.

I really liked this ring and had every intention of purchasing it. HOWEVER, working with a person (?) only by email proved to be beyond frustrating. They offer NO phone communication. What I did find out was that the Starry Night ring shown on their site is with a 2 carat center stone. The site never specified this and I could never get them to send pictures of a smaller or larger stone. Or how the design looks in other metals…yellow or rose gold specifically. They offer other metals but the website does not offer a way to order those. So, needless to say, I never received a quote since I couldn’t get the information on what I wanted. I suspect they make online orders so difficult so they can upsell via email exchanges. Regardless of how beautiful the jewelry appears, I would highly recommend buyer’s beware working with this company.

This is a largely AI run store front. My order was placed on 8/5 as a birthday gift. The delivery service hadn't received the product 2 weeks later.

Customer service is a chatbot that will eventually give you an email address. Still no idea as to when I will receive my package but I will clearly not receive it in the 15 days specified in their shipping guidelines

Totally frustrated! Buyer beware. After 6 emails requesting a return authorization they still have not sent it to me. They continue to ask questions, offer specials, offer additional jewelry for a discounted price. In addition to all of this the ring took forever to get here.
After reading the other reviews it appears it is some customers have not received credit for their returns. Not a reputable company. Do not use waste your time!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Treat Your Heart. The ring was advertised as containing a certified moissanite stone, but after the stone unexpectedly fell out, I took it to a reputable jeweler for inspection. The jeweler determined that the stone was actually cubic zirconia, not moissanite as advertised.
Not only did the stone fall out after a relatively short period of wear, but discovering that the stone was misrepresented raises serious concerns about the authenticity and quality of the products being sold. I paid for a certified moissanite ring and did not receive what was promised.
I feel misled as a customer and would not recommend purchasing from this company unless they can provide legitimate certification and stand behind the quality of their jewelry. Unfortunately, my experience has been both frustrating and disappointing.
Buyer beware—verify the authenticity of any stones you receive.

The delivery took a very long time and arrived in multiple shipments. I reached out immediately to request a refund because the items were not what I ordered. After around 9 rounds of email back and forth with them refusing to address the return and instead trying to offer partial payments, discounts, etc...I just disputed the charge with my bank and provided the bank all the documentation. This is a horrible business. Do not buy from this company. Terrible customer service.

The ring we ordered is beautiful. The size is slightly off, but it’s otherwise exactly what we expected. The only problem is that the delivery was very slow—about a month. Had we known up front that it would take that long, it wouldn’t have been a problem. But it was an unpleasant surprise. Even so, I have to give them four stars because the ring is beautiful and reasonably priced. If they had given fair warning that it would take a month to receive it, I would give them five.
