The ring is very pretty, but I honestly wish I had ordered the 3-carat size. The photo made the 2-carat stone look like the perfect size, but in person it appears smaller than I expected.

I considered exchanging it, but after reading through the return and exchange instructions, the process felt like too much of a hassle—especially knowing I could be without a ring for weeks. Because of that, I decided to keep it, but I’m definitely a little bummed that I didn’t go with the larger size.

The person I worked with was extremely helpful in making sure what I purchased was exactly what I wanted. The order delivered in perfect condition.
Communication by email enabled me to see every step in the process.

Worst shipping experience and wait time I've ever experienced. Took 2 weeks to receive verification that a shipping label was created. Then another week before it actually shipped and a few more days before arrival. It just so happens I purchased a pistol the same night, and that was shipped and received by an ffl within a week, passed a federal background check a few days later, then picked up an in my possession on the 14th only 8 business days later. That's obsurd to me that a pistol could be shipped and pass a federal background check faster than a ring company could even send shipping verification. I don't see good things for this company if they don't change their shipping process or get it under control. This will probably be my first an last purchase for that reason.

On a good note customer service was very responsive an helpful with all my concerns with the unnecessary delay in shipping. I'm also very pleased with the ring.

Beautiful ring! Tracking info on shipping was a little confusing but it arrived fine.

The earrings were a gift from my husband..they are beautiful.

There was never any tracking available for the ring I ordered and it never arrived after almost 4 weeks. I requested four times a refund for my money rather than having them resend another ring because I was tired of waiting and they just keep ignoring me. Their site says free returns if you are dissatisfied and yet I can't even get my money back. Frankly I feel like I have been scammed.

Loved the pieces! Beautiful, well-made. Sturdy. I might have been confused by CENTER STONE weight and TOTAL CARAT WEIGHT. These rings were larger than I thought I was getting.

I waited over a month to get the ring I ordered. It was a disappointment. The stones looked flat & fake, not the fiery brilliance of a diamond.
