Good bar ends with the Italian flag…

Good bar ends with the Italian flag color I had to use the standard inserts from the oem bar ends as the rubber ones aren't upto much you can't tighten them up as good but still looks good

Poor item descriptions - even worse refund timeframe

Ordered a rear brake switch for Lightech rear sets. web page states it fits bike but its needed chopping and altering to fit. Contacted to agree return/refund. said I would get the refund and also refund original postage. took ages to refund money (despite chasing) and still waiting on return postage that is being handled by director. still waiting (item received by RP on 23rd Feb.

Please accept our apologies for the delay in the receipt of your refund. As explained we are sorry you were not able to plug and play with the brakelight switch as hoped. It is rare that the fittings are not directly compatible, but it does occasionally occur. While the product is still compatible, some minor modification is required. Your refund has been actioned by our accounts team as advised, however due to the method of payment, it can take 10 days to clear as per the advisement of the payment platform Stripe. Your additional refund of £3.05 as a gesture of goodwill for the postage will be processed by the director and actioned presently

Poor Delivery Service

I've left this a bit late for review but felt I needed to give it anyway.
Ordered a full CRC bodykit around 25th Aug last year, was out of stock, but usual notification of 'aim' to ship in 14 to 21 days. After a bit of email tennis the kit was shipped on the 6th Oct.
One side fairing was damaged, (courier and not reactive caused), couple of emails back and forth about the issue, a couple of solutions offered, but to their advantage and not mine, i,e i would have been out of pocket if i had taken their offer of an alternate solution to a replacement.
After lots of chasing, I finally got the replacement fairing shipped on 18th Jan. (lots of reasons for the delays, i,e manufacturing issue due to the Australian race season starting).
No proactive updates, I had to do the chasing, it felt like little empathy, for me, its a record for an order, 6 months to full delivery.
I may be unlucky, but most of my orders over the years have had some form of issue
Sad to say, I only use Reactive if I cannot get what I need anywhere else.
Being named Reactive is pretty appropriate, there is little that is proactive (except taking your payment, even before items are in stock - they need to learn from other companies, i.e the likes of Amazon)

I can see that from the processes we have in place, your case has been dealt step by step. Unfortunately damage during transit was out of our control, however we have done everything we can to rectify this for you from the very start of your order:

The system shows me you were emailed as soon as your order was placed to let you know the items were not in stock for immediate dispatch, as per the information on our website. As soon as you notified us that your parts were damaged we requested images from yourself to begin your claim. I can see this was logged with our courier and we offered you a refund for the damaged item, should you not want to wait for the replacement.
You discussed with our team discussed ideas for resolution, as the panel could be fixed. I can see that when you felt the resolutions offered were unsatisfactory the team asked you to state your terms so we could work with you towards a satisfactory solution. You were also offered a compensatory £50 gift card for the inconvenience. Once it was decided you would like a replacement; this was actioned.

We have been in contact with you throughout the process in getting you a replacement, which you understood would be 14-21 working days before you requested the replacement. It is unfortunate that demand does cause delays and although you note in your email to my colleague that you "do not care about the Australian race season", unfortunately that does not negate their impact on demand and lead times. We can see you received the replacement last month and we have not heard from you since with any other issues

We are extremely sorry that you feel we have not dealt with your order in a satisfactory way. We are always keen to improve where we can as our customers are always our priority. We do hope that we will impress you with the service we usually provide on your next order

This had been my first order with…

This had been my first order with Reactive parts and what an excellent service they provide, I ordered a set of CRC race air tubes for the 08 Fireblade. The ordered arrived within a few days and had been securely boxed and plenty of packaging to stop any damage during transit. However, one of the air tubes inners had not been finished to the normal standard of CRC products and I had been concerned these may cause issue if fitted to the bike. This relates to CRC products and not Reactive parts.

 

I contacted Reactive parts and explained the issue along with photos, I then had a swift reply from one of their customer service team members by the name of Jack, who has been brilliant during the rectification of this issue. Jack had kindly checked this issue with the powers above who agreed to supply me with a set of new tubes that will be checked prior to delivery, they're arriving the day after getting confirmation from Jack, again I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

 

This issue is also being raised with CRC via Reactive parts to make sure further manufacturing defects are caught prior to the customer receiving the parts.

 

In short, I highly recommend reactive parts for all your upgrading needs. The postage is swift, and parts are packaged well. Also, the customer service is next level compared to other shops I’ve had dealings with.

 

Big thank you to Jack for sorting this issue, also the rest of the team for getting the orders sent out in a quick manner.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & LACK INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I have ordered items with delivery option of fastest means, they choose Royal mail and delayed my shipment after 15 days they said it has been returned back because of no postal. I provided the postal details everything. Instead of apologizing they just seek for excuses. Very un professional.

We have explained that we book items for shipping based on the best service available at the time the goods are ready to ship (in your case, immediately). Royal Mail was the best courier in this moment. However, because you did not enter your full delivery address the parcel was returned to us by the courier, requesting further address details.

We are not liable to cover the cost of a second shipment where the initial details were incomplete from yourself. I can see you requested we send the parcel on an upgraded service but declined to pay the additional sum, so instead requested to cancel your order. I can see that this was actioned immediately and is currently being processed.

Again, please accept my apologies that you have not had the experience we aim for our customers to have when they shop with us. I can see the team have tried to do everything they can to assist you however unfortunately due to the delivery details being entered incorrectly at the check-out, there was nothing we could do to speed up the process until Royal Mail sent the parcel back to us
