Never appear to have the goods in stock, order and wait for weeks, months, maybe even years, I have just received my order that I placed in March, I'm STILL waiting for a part that I ordered in January, best to try other stockists first Reactive really should be your last point of call....really not good enough

Fast and very efficient service

Eventually got the parts I ordered but they took several weeks to arrive. Reactive parts did see this through, and they are relatively rare parts for a 22 year old bike, but the communication wasn’t great (started well and then deteriorated ) and I had to follow up and ask for updates probably more than 10 times. I was begin to worry they would never arrive. Anyway , all ok in the end

I ordered some parts that were reasonably priced and everything came in good time and well packaged. I will be using this company again and recommend it 👍

Reactive parts website is spot on for quality race parts with great choice and so clear and easy to use.
Excellent communication from ordering to delivery, second to none for sure 👍
Perfect all round in my opinion.

Superb experience from Reactive Parts found them very helpful and willing to help Rob and Sam went the extra mile to solve a problem for me. Would recommend them to anybody.

Sent me the wrong pads (back instead of front) but need spare back pads anyways so not too much of a drama hence 3 stars. Other than that - quick delivery and good quality well priced callipers.

Good range of products in stock and discounts available.

4 weeks to never get the part, chased several times by myself, never proactively contacted me to update
Faithfully promised a delivery yesterday not turned up, rang again and got told it’s the industry!

Excuse 2 : It’s the industry, er you’re in this industry, so deal with it?

Summery : zero resolution options from them and now no urgency to give me a refund

AVOID

If you want to pay for something that "may" arrive within 12 months, best place to order from. However they seem to be a zero interest bank.
Pay for something, not have it in stock, delivery dates pushed back and back, then you get to the point of asking for a refund and that takes even longer. You just don't gain any interest on the money they save for you.

I placed my order for CRC race fairings for my new ZX4-RR through the very knowledgeable Jason at JW Moto Parts in Perth, Western Australia. Once my order was in the pipeline I was kept fully informed and up to date of the progress by Leon at Reactive Parts. Ordering parts from the other side of the world can be a source of concern, but not when the customer is in the safe hands of these guys. Just need to finish my paint scheme, and I'll be on track.

If the products you ordered are not in stock, you shouldn’t be bothered to wait. Ordered some Lightech balancers on 11 of March without showing that’s out of stock when ordered and i got an email later saying they’re “aiming” to deliver my order in the next 21 “working” days which it’s a lot, that’s about a month wait. But if it was only 21 “ working” days it would be understandable but it’s been over 42 working days and it’s still not here.

Genuinely the best motorcycle parts company I have ever used, Christine has really helped me out with parts last minute to save a trip to portimao, pleasure to deal with reactive parts

Wish I'd read reviews before buying from this company. Happy to take your money but poor follow up customer services.
On reading reviews this seems to be a common theme.

I had some reservations about buying an HM quickshifter from Reactive Parts but the owner Steve spoke to me and assured me of the quality of the item and that if there were any issues it would be dealt with.
Well, I'm now having issues with the quickshifter with it only being installed for 3 weeks so I called Reactive Parts, several times, and always with a promise of a call back which never comes. I've emailed a number of times too with an automatic response: We'll get back to you within 48hrs!.........well that was last week.
So now I'm stuck with a £400 quickshifter that doesn't work as it should, and a company that is only interested in making a sale.

I'll now have to bite the bullet and buy a Cordona Quickshifter instead as was originally recommended to me.

£400 out of pocket and not happy.

Poor customer service from Reactive Parts, and a poor quality item from HM Quickshifters.
